Not gassing or losing breath is maintained by inwards and outward sounds so you dont have to little air in your lungs or let c02 build up i have almost passed out before but you do learn a happy medium. Also throat kicks and positioning your tongue in certain ways creats more pressure so you dont use as much air but get better results.Esh

Sometimes your eyes water because the bass in your skull makes your eyes vibrate and puts them out of focus and probably i can imagine some of the air pressure that builds up may leak out of your eyes a bit maybe lol.👊🔥👊

@@Demon7899 Sometimes negativity is needed. When your family or known friends are becoming alcoholics and destroying their lives you have to make it them aware of what they are doing to themselves. Same situation here. Any body modification is called body dysmorphia. Some people destroy their faces and lives with botox and plastic injections. She has fake books, Botox in her face and lips. If she continues believing she will need more she will ruin her beautiful face.
