Rover VVC (Variable Valve Control) Technical Explanation

Rover Dealer Program video on the operation of the Variable Valve Control (VVC) system fitted to the 1.8 K Series engine, initially available in the MG F and then in the 200 (vi and BRM), 25 (GTi), MG TF and ZR.
This engine was also fitted into the Lotus Elise and Caterham 7.
The video ends with some notes on servicing the engine for dealer technicians.
