    All your work is beautiful. If you live in the USA, what kind of yarn do you use?

    Nevermind, I just saw the SC at the end for round 4. Maybe doing vertical directions would help the last SC to not get lost? Or putting it down in the second line instead?

    Don't really understand round 4. It doesn't add up to 24 it adds up to 23. It also doesn't end on the same stitch. So, since it doesn't end on the same stitch, where do I put my stitch marker?

    • @lamagurumi
      @lamagurumi  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It must be 24. you may have missed a stitch

      I crochet it this way so that there is no hexagon. You can only crochet it as (sc in 2sts, inc)x6.

      What might be confusing you is that there are instructions in two sets of parentheses (). I believe that the instructions in the first parentheses you do only once. A single crochet (sc) in one single and then 2 scs in the next sc. Now the instructions in the second set of parentheses, you will do five times. Sc in two scs and then two scs in one sc. You should end up with 24 scs at the end of round 4. I like to draw out a little diagram

      Sorry, hit send too soon. I draw out a little diagram of each round. I don't do it the proper way, but it helps me. Make sure you always move that marker yarn for each round as it's easy to get confused crocheting in the round. You can also put a stitch marker on the first stitch of each new round. Also, if a pattern is too confusing for me, I slow the speed down. Go to settings and make the playback speed half the normal speed (or whatever works for you).

      @@karenh2890 Does the confusion go away when you don't put parentheses on the first one?

    • @karenh2890
      @karenh2890 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@lamagurumi No, I think I'd be more confused. You could type "one time" after the first parentheses.
