I am Ann inTexas. I am now 76 yrs happily married 56yrs many grandchildren. When I was a young women before I had children, I worked in a Bank, I was miserable! I worked as a stenographer, I was miserable. It was not a fit nor my giftings.I My natural bent was design, and creativity, I loved it. Long story short I had a 25 year carrer in the Wedding Cake Business made more money than my friend that was an RN NURSE. I then turned my skills in cake flowers into plastics. I made peti fours drooled in plastic chocolate fudge. I sold them to HALLMARK, and they were in 23 cities in Texas gift shops. I see design and creativity oozing out of you, when I look at your entire You Tube presentation!!! Go with your love, your heart and don't worry about the rest.Blessings to you sweet friend. I can relate so much to working in different settings and feeling miserable… that’s kind of how I feel right now about my career.. I’m just not fulfilled and I have this ignite need to create, that’s why I decided to make a youtube channel… even though I make cents here, I still keep creating videos because it just makes me happy and I truly enjoy it! I discovered ceramics a year ago, and I am now obsessed with making pottery… I wish I had more time to create, but real life and making a living gets in the way, hehe! Wow what a change from all the snow you’ve had? Half the fun is in the pre isn’t it? I’ve been out walking today and taken a much appreciated (and basic 😂) picnic but there’s something about eating outdoors that makes everything that bit better 🥰
Yess, the weather is finally nice! Not too cold, not too hot.. perfect to spend time outdoors ☺️ most times our picnics are more basic than this one, I just wanted to share different food ideas that’s why we had so much food 😄😄
