Keep in mind that he has other conditions, so not everything he does will fall under Narcisism. Another obvious one seems to be the Antisocial Personality Disorder (he's clearly a sociopath). Now that I think about it, that could be drug-induced, though. People say he takes a lot of Adderral, maybe he has a bit of psychosis from that.
If you are interested in his psyche specifically Mary Trump, his niece, published a pretty interesting memoire. She is a trained psychologist, so the mental / emotional information is pretty extensive, even though she does not go as far as diagnosing him (since she would need to visit him do to so).
