Summary: (because I am not fluent to do word to word translation 💔)
Jaebeom said it's weird how during 2017 he weighted more than now, but he looked slimmer. Jinyoung then explained the muscle mass and body fat ratio*** He said JAY B during 2017 bboy a lot hence he had more muscle mass than fat (plus they were touring and back to back schedules like JJP comeback then next month GOT7 like HOW would it be possible to even have extra fat😭). Now he lost a lot of muscle mass - adding in, happiness DOES make one gain weight and it's evident that the last year JAY B indeed more happy than the past years; even said so by other members.
Another section was about how youthful they looked back then even though it only been five years. Nostalgic moment for them.
(Adorable babies💗 even though we will age, JJP will always be Joyous's twin boys❤️ don't worry about the visual change - plus you two age like fine wine 🤭 going from boyfriend look to manly vibes. Not bad thing💗)
Last section was them thinking back to Verse 2 filming in Japan (the TV part)
***which anyone dieting or don't know, our bodies is composed of many things but muscle and fat are the primary weight factors. This is why when dieting it's important to LOOK and FEEL your body than looking at the number on a scale. When your body consists of more muscle mass, your weight will go up because muscle is denser hence heavier. Contrast, when your body consists of more fat (not eating or working out) your weight goes down due to fat weight less (think of protein and butter or for those that eat steak a piece of steak. Butter is lighter than protein. When you have a steak that has the meat and the fat, the fat is softer and lighter compared to the meat that's thicker.) I'm not a professional so explaining this may not be accurate to the point, but from personal weight management I have noticed what JAY B mentioned and that's when I finally (even though this is taught in class and I knew but it does not CLICK until it happens to you and you see+feel it) realized that a scale is not needed. I can tell when my body feels 'bad' and I can see it in the mirror. Best body maintenance is to figure what look you want and then portioning your meals to get to the ideal look you goal of. Age plays a HUGE factor too, so be prepared on that as well unless you are extremely athletic otherwise body fat content will go up as we age since our metabolism goes downhill and burning the fuel for energy is harder/slower without regular exercises. Finding the best method takes a lot of trial and errors, but it's achievable as long as your body is willing to go for it (and no medical restrictions in the factor).
Importance in love your body as your eyes not those of others as the ones you should have in your life will love you as you love yourself 💗
If you feel comfortable in your body, that (in my book) is ideal👍🏻
