Please, what version of Google Earth did you use to make the video tutorial? With the one I have, I cannot "draw" the route drawn as you advance along the track. Do you have a link to download the version you use? The link you provide for the latest version of the year 2020 does not work. Very well explained and the result is phenomenal. Thank you so much

Great tutorial - but i can't get it to work using Google Earth Pro (using v7.3.3.7786)!! I maintain a library of motorcycle routes, some of which I'd like to animate as you have done and incorporate into ride videos. After opening/importing a GPX file, I can do a fly-over of the track (showing movement over the entire track which is painted), but cannot get it to draw the path as one travels the track as shown in your video. Is there an option or feature that I have not activated? Thanks.

I got the same problem with version 7.3.3.7786
I have the same problem. I cannot add icon or draw tracks like it is done in the video.
It appears google has removed that function in newer google earth versions
