I was curious about something. In one city I visited in Mindanao, the trikes were yellow also (a uniform color). But what was surprising is that the fare was the same regardless of the destination around the local city (I assume). I guess they were regulated (preset ride cost regardless of the local destination). Does that mean the same for those yellow trikes in this video?

nope. Mostly in provinces, trikes are a lot more expensive because there are not too many people riding them, some have their private motorcycles or cars. I'm not sure in other places too. But here in Manila City it depends on the number of people and the distance
