It's so easy to see how they would have massive personality conflicts, based on how they both are. I like them both and can see both sides of their arguments easily. They were a complete mismatch, way too different to be together. I like Flagg, but would like to see Bobby on the show as well next season, he's likeable. A lot more so than Tracy is.

Tracy Tutor is a gem. A treasure. The show is so much better with her. As much as I loved the show; I was tired of seeing only males selling. Heather's a broker too, but she had other roles in Altman's company -- even before she and Josh Altman got serious.
Everyone's talking about Bobby being money hungry but Bobby was a real estate agent longer than Josh he has his own money he sticks to more traditional homes to doctors, lawyer's or rich couples with kids, people who wanted house for family life not the glamorous life. Josh sells trophy glamorous and expensive homes that wasn't Bobby's thing. Josh while he is my favorite person on MDL is a spoiled brat Bobby is clearly not. I'm pretty sure Bobby thought he was gaining a husband but in actually ended up with a spoiled child. And just to put it out there Bobby can't get mad at Josh for already finding a new guy before the divorce was final I mean that's how he met Bobby. Bobby and Josh were secretly hanging out as Josh calls it so nobody can say he's a cheater before he officially broke up with Colton.

Flagg was on Jeff Lewis's radio show and Lewis said he thought the big problem they had was that Flagg is a real outgoing guy who loves to go out every single night while Bobby tended to want to stay at home - Flagg kind of agreed. The reality is that the two just don't have enough in common. I think their might have been an issue about having kids (Flagg has kind of admitted that he probably might never want children, while I think Bobby does.)
