Enhancing Beet Harvesting and Logistics with a DAF Truck | HORSCH AgroVation Farm | FS 22 | ep #15

Welcome back to the HORSCH AgroVation Farm Timelapse. Our sugar beet harvest is currently in full swing, and we are actively supplying beets for processing at our mini-plant. Additionally, we load the harvested beets into trailers and transport them to the sugar factory, where we convert both whole beets and cut beets into sugar. Our state-of-the-art beet processing technology has significantly improved our sugar yield, and processing cut beets also allows us to extract more molasses.
Due to the increased cargo demands, our existing truck has been facing a substantial load, sometimes struggling to meet the requirements. Consequently, we've made the decision to invest in a new truck, opting for the DAF truck model XF 106 6X2.
In addition to our beet harvesting operations, we also engage in the sale of silage bales. Once the beet harvest is complete, we deploy a FENDT 1050 tractor with a HORSCH TIGER 8 MT cultivator to prepare the field for the next season, entrusting the soil cultivation to a hired worker. Meanwhile, our focus shifts to the transportation of raw materials to our production facilities. This includes the delivery of cut beets to the sugar factory, as well as the transportation of ash, lime, stone chips, and molasses, which are essential for the production of mineral additives.
As we manage these various aspects of our operations, the finished sugar products accumulate at the sugar factory. To ensure timely distribution, we load sugar pallets onto our vehicles and transport them to their respective points of sale. Beet pulp, another valuable byproduct of our sugar production, is also loaded into trailers and delivered to the intended market.

Was für ein blödes Game ist das den bitte mit einmal lkw mit was weis ich wie viel Gewicht einfach mal über Wiesen fahren und beim entladen alles schön in die Aufnahme vom Hänger schütten so ein Müll würde ich nicht spielen
