Nice lobby. A “Junior Suite” is a small room, a very small room, divided by a sliding door. A carpet so ugly it is difficult to look at, and a bathroom so small, and poorly appointed I thought I was back in my university days of very little money, and it was a Comfort Inn- which I rate higher than this hotel. We had not eaten all day, and were very hungry , but not really up to going out. The room service, along with not being what I ordered, was so inedible both my husband and I sent the entire table back. The room looks decorated by a severely depressed person who shopped at thrift stores. A luxury hotel? No, a barely adequate place to sleep for ONE night . So hungry we resorted to the minibar, and were rewarded with stale cashews…

Hi! I’m so sorry about the room service. Did you go to the restaurant while you were there?
