For anyone that is trying to set this up on an older printer (in my case an old Zebra label printer) and are struggling to get it to work. You need to change the TCP/IP port settings to LPR and set the Queue Name to LP1.

After 2 hours of messing around with this device, I noticed that the port is only sometimes 9100. Mines happened to be 9101. Double-check the printer settings with the WavLink dashboard.

Although this didn't work for me, it helped me notice the RAW/LPR modes, and changing it to LPT with a Queue name of LP1 fixed my issue on an old label printer.

Works well, but every time it has a power cycle, it changes the port number and Windows doesn't detect it any more.

Just faced the same problem and have just solved it. Every time you powered off the print server it changes the IP adress. Go to wawlink dashboard and then at the Lan settings choose the static IP option and then write the address that you use when adding printer at windows.

You may need to change the port mode from RAW to LPT with Queue name of LP1
