Do you snore?

‼️Time to fess up, do you snore or does someone you love snore? Yes, it’s not a very ladylike thing to snore, but when menopause hit, something shifted, after having a sleep study done, as well as a C scan in preparation for my tongue, tie release, I realized that my extraordinarily tiny airway was most likely the culprit.
