I passed civics nd writing test.but the officeer say send some documents.I already mail the documents.they received the documents already 3month.but why my oath ceremony mail is not coming.
It's been 9 months since I had my citizenship interview. No decision yet even though i passed the civic and the wriitten test. I called and they say it is be examine for God knows why. I am tired and frustrated really
There are different ways to contact various levels of officers and see what's going on. I was able to get a case pending six months after a review of proving to me this way. But I would need to have a formal consultation to hear your case first.

She told me that my parent were American before I arrived to America and I was under the age of 18. I don’t know what’s in form n14 and I can’t apply for jobs until everything settles. Green card expired and the passport . Now the telling me you are an American and no further question like how I get the passport without naturalization certificate . I need help
Hii, i recently took my USCIS citizenship interview, i passed civic test, writing test and reading test, but she asked a lot of questions about my mother’s citizenship, how she get here, who brought her here, how did she get her green card or something, all we talked about was her marriage and US citizenship.. but honestly i really don’t know about it, so i told uscis officer what i know .. that her boyfriend brought her here, but she married a US citizen she paid him because my mom was became a US citizen on 2015 .. but she got here year 2000

What do you think they will approve my citizenship or not????
Hi! If you were absent from the U.S. for more than one year during the 3 or 5 years needed to apply for naturalization, USCIS must deny a case for failure to meet the continuous residence requirement for naturalization. The good thing is that you may be able to reapply. Please talk with an immigration attorney to discuss your options.
Thanks for your reply sir, Be noted that I came to USA after more than 1 year on reentry permit on 7th February 2020 and Interviewed on 6th February 2023. As I calculated my days I have already completed more than half time in the USA almost 3 years completed continuously on spouse immigration. Because I didn't go out side USA since 7th February 2020 but Still waiting USCIS decision. I am optimistic it should approve. I am curious How you can say it could deny bcz as per Policy it's clearly indicated my 3 years has been completed continuously and i am optimistic it should approve 🤔

Sue them and they would have 6 months to give you the citizenship, or the court will but it's expensive
