I will never understand what drives people to torture a small, completely innocent puppy like this out of pure spite. We finally need laws that protect our dogs as well as our children. It cannot be the case that a human can torture an animal like this and, in the worst case, have to pay a few euros for "damage to property". Dogs are not “things”! Great puppy!
