Dude, you are amazing. Don't worry so much about it taking a couple days to figure out a different style of yo-yos/yo-yoing. I'm 52 I got serious into the hobby in the early 90s locally. I felt I was pretty good with the old standbys. It was mid summer when I found Gentry, you and others. I have purchased a few unresponsive yo-yos. I am working on learning, I probably am not trying as hard as you but I am figuring this different style out and progressing in my skill in the hobby. Or like in avatar the last air bender how they catch each other bending and use its momentum to turn it around and throw it back.
