From a chelsea fan, this is why we love this game! Those songs, the fans celebrating survival, the manager dancing with the fans. I honestly thought Everton were going down, something we’ve never seen!
Understandable relief at avoiding relegation, but it's funny to me how the 16th-placed club can win 3-2 at home versus the 13th-placed club and the fans, players and manager celebrate madly like they've won the league. Emotional scenes more joyous than Liverpool after winning the FA Cup. I see comments from people praising the "spirit" of the players for showing some fight at the end of the season. But let's just forget how Everton had their worst season in 20 years and lost 20 matches. 😂 I suppose winning silverware is out of reach for 95% of clubs in this era of Arab nations and multi-billionaires owning football teams and buying up all the great players for hundreds of millions,. So the less wealthy clubs who don't have oil-rich benefactors must celebrate the little victories wherever they can and be happy just to make up the numbers in the Premier League. It's a strange comp.

There’s nothing in this world that I cannot stand more than sports fans criticizing/making fun of a particular group of fans and/or fan base for celebrating. This is literally what sports is all about. We invest in our teams day in and day out, through the heartbreaks and the triumphs. We want our team to win more than it loses, sure…but I always find it amusing when fans get “spoiled” to watching their team/club enjoy success. I don’t care how big or small a win is, I don’t care what the surrounding circumstances are…if you love your team/club, enjoy every win to your hearts content. That’s literally the reason we are fans, it’s the literal point

yeah he’s English so obviously he’s automatically good and can do no wrong
freaking xenophobic league
@@Freestyle80 Check up the meaning of xenophobia on your dictionary big man. Your argument makes no sense.
Had Everton been relegated, people would've lambasted Frank Lampard, but the fact that he helped them survive and is given no credit for it doesn't really surprise me.
As the saying goes Everton fans are born not manufactured and there is your proof. I am so proud to be an Evertonian. Thankyou to all the great football supporters leaving great comments. Respect to you all.
As a Liverpool fan, I weirdly kept finding myself checking the Everton scores after each game hoping they’d get a result. It would be extremely weird not to see them in the PL and not having a Merseyside derby. Too big of a club to go down and happy they’re staying. Well played
So pleased for Lampard & Everton as a Chelsea fan. This is why we love football..Will be cheering for you still next season
How can people who don't support the Toffees begrudge the supporters of this proud club their moment in the sun in what was a very drab and grey season? Survival means as much as winning a trophy when you're staring in the abyss. What a comeback. They were dead at half time. Agent Rafa failed.
@Forward To The Past That was the best they could hope for, so yes, celebrating avoiding the dreaded drop. If I was a Everton supporter I would have been shitting bricks and so relieved to be finally safe, which most certainly is worth celebrating.
@@gustaaf1892 Weren't they higher up the table before Lampard took over? I could have sworn you're supposed to celebrate progress, not regression.
@@kuyt20 At the end of the day the only thing that counts is survival. Everton have been under performing the entire season.
@Forward To The Past not just relegation, its more than that. if they relegated now with all those financial problems they would straight going down to administration. they avoiding existential treat actually.
These are moments like these that make us love the game of football
Am a liverpool fan.. glad Everton didn't relegate..
UTFT!!! What a rollercoaster of a season, and just like a rollercoaster I'm totally glad I was on it for the experience!!! UTFT!!!!
I have no words, just tears of joy.... TOFFEE`S FOREVER...
LMAO
프리미어리그가 세계 최고의 리그니까 잔류에만 성공해도 엄청나게 감격하는구나 ㅎ
축하합니다 에버튼 팬들.
I'm a Tottenham fan, but I'm glad Everton stayed in the Premier League.
As a Korean, Everton with Ali doesn't feel far away. I'm happy that Ali's performance has improved in the last game and I hope he can make history with Everton next year.
coys yes i am glad they did roo
I wonder why you support spurs 🤔

As a red I'm so happy! I didn't want Everton to go down because there wouldn't be any meseryside derby's for the first time in history. Congratulations Everton! I'm so happy for you all! 💙❤
well it wouldn't be first time in history that there wasn't a Derby...1954 liverpool were relegated ad Everton came back up. we didn't have a Derby till 1960's. but thankyou red swaggy sunrise for your comments.
@@peterwhitaker4038 For my lifetime there has been a derby every year, and if everton ever go down. i'd be heartbroken!

This is may more entertaining than the top 4 battle. Legendary moment to remember..
Releated fans always said that. The hype hypertune the feel bot being releated till next season like this again fella
I was there tonight. Unbelievable
Super frankie lampard 211 goals for chelsea, he'll be a great coach for sure..legend never give up, legend never die..
This looks like to an equivalent to winning a premier league but man! what a comeback in the last few games to stay in English top flight. Bravo!
Good to see Everton stay up. Frankie done good. Imagine what Everton would look like if they actually won something!!
That’s one of the best things I’ve ever seen 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
this why we still watch this wonderful game
Well said
Shows how much the fans mean for a club and the players. The enthusiasm they can give on a game is unreal. As an Everton fan I stand proud and enjoy how much Everton is loved by the scousers
Am an arsenal fan but am happy for Everton and Leeds United for not being relegated. I love them 💗
God bless every everton fans and player for standing with our great legends Super Franki and A. Cole, what a a super come back and victory to deny relegation.. i can feel the hapoiness here.. football is all about uniting people with happiness and love.. u guys re superb.. wishes u guys a happy surviva. See u guys on top 2022/2023 season love💙 from a chelsea fan🇲🇾🇳🇬
Fair play to the supporters, the players have let you down all season, your support has literally swept them to safety. The players are not good enough to wear the jersey, big changes needed but taking nothing away from the last few results, great scenes at Goodison Park, never nice to see a big club suffer relegation, LFC supporter
Great to see an honest and fair comment from a red, good luck next Saturday, respect
hope that Frank can re-build the teams in future
He will be kicked in next season
@@suressir12 sacking the manager frequently is not a good thing for a team... Just give him more time to rebuild
Let's see if someone would like to join you
I am Liverpool fans but I can't control my joy congratulations evertons
The greatest celebration I've ever seen
FEELS GOOD TO SUPPORT EVERTON!!
Everyone says we shouldn't pitch invade for staying up, but it shows how much passion us blues have 💙
I couldn't hold back my tears watching these fans celebrating 😭😭
To see Peter Reid and Graeme Sharp give Frank big hugs made my night. Who has better supporters than us? UTFT!
Everton supporters, staff ,coach, footballer, fantastic,, yeah yeah,.....👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏
I´m a Red and happy Everton have stayed up. These are great scenes. I don´t like the way the rivalry has become more bitter and twisted in recent years. For me there is still something to salvage of the fantastic footy rivalry of days gone by. Scousers shouldn´t be hurling hate against other Scousers. We know what footy means in this city, more then anywhere else in this country.
An that’s why they call us the peoples club 🙏🏻💙💙💙💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻👍🏻
Feel the happiness of Toffees and Frank my Legend, that's what we call Hard work and Believe
So happy for Frank after the tough times he endured at Chelsea.. that has helped him handle this crisis situation.
Only football can provide such rapturous moments.
