Hey a good point that comes up in the comments yes the genji carried that game, the fight stemmed from the widow in his group telling me to switch, me responding to the widow, and the genji responding back for his widow who at that point wasn't in chat yet
The tanks love blaming the dps and the dps love blaming the supports and supports love blaming the tanks. It isn't always that way but in my experience that is what usually happens
As a solo support player, yes - I hate stacks too. Sometimes you get a nice group of people but generally they are toxic as shit because they have people backing them up. It's awful.
as someone who duos, im always as nice to supports as i can be, i go back for the mercy, thank them n crouch at them, and say hello to them, or say the cute voicelines i have to them
Sometimes or maybe most of the times people need to realize that the enemy maybe just played way better than your team and there's no need to blame anyone
My friend sometimes doesn’t recognize this when we duo. Like sometimes we’re just against a stacked team and get rolled. Like it’s a team game, typically it’s usually the whole team playing worse/better. One player throwing and costing the game feels rarer than the team average skill being low. Granted the most common throw role is tank.
as an anna player. I have been killed by shit like this so much. sleep a blading genji oh "ill pin him." then genji just gets bubbled or nanoed instantly. then that pin doesn't kill instantly. stop... a sleeping blading genji is like Zenitsu (demon slayer character) let that man sleep. you ever hear of "let sleeping dogs lie". shit can get real, real fast.
i remember this lucio was like oh "ill boop him off the map."... like damn you forgot he has dash and wall climb. genji knocked the taste out of both of our mouths before lucio could finish his voice line "boo___ " boo is right.
Every free game invites more toxic people to troll and stuff i miss ow1, this video is amazing because you was doing everything right yet because they was all grouped they don’t have the balls to call there own friends out. People need to get a grip quickly, love the vid your a good hog and healer. Even the zen was good so he shouldn’t get mad
Don’t worry about snapping at people like the duos in your Hollywood game. I guarantee you that if it wasn’t a close game that you won they’d go “You’re welcome for the carry, uninstall Zen” because that’s what those guys always do.
Sad, you win the game as Hog for em but because he told you to get off Hog, they still mad. Mad if they win, mad if they lose. Makes me glad to stay in unranked matches.
Dude, you are a great player. We've all been part of those teams where other players take pride in putting other players down. I appreciate you keeping your cool even through the toxic chaos. 😊 I'm also trying to get better at playing Ana and watching your content gives me ideas on how I can improve! (I know you posted this eons ago but I like to watch oldest to newest XD)
man, good thing we can report for abusive chat and the voice gets recorded, lets hope blizzard is gonna actually read those reports and act on them some day instead of having "so and so many reports are in=ban" system wich is proven to be in place right now (at least for cheating that is)
12k heals in 10 minutes with 1 less team member is nutty Meanwhile I'm getting in games with people who have 3k heals in 10 minutes, why can't we match together
Sometimes I only get out around 3-5k heals, but that's mainly cause the rest of the team is all flanking or not helping support to keep alive when the enemy team is flanking. So if a support ain't healing good, u might have to ask urself why....
And there's the flip side of it.. I had 15k healing in a 10min game and still losing despite constantly healing everyone lol people just get out played it's that simple
I never understood why people want to get themselves off so hard when it comes to stats even when the Team is winning. Like on the one hand I get it getting the biggest numbers is cool but it's not how you win the game. Lot of the times I have won games with Lowest Numbers and lost games with Highest Numbers. People need to see a doctor for their cranial rectal conversion and just play the game as a Team.
I just started telling people to play better and mute hem if they start blaming me for their fuck ups. Support isn't there to save people from being paste eaters. Support is there to support the people who are actually relevant to the current play.
I love duoing up with friends when I play OW, but I don't enable bad play habits, and I don't just dog pile people because they didn't get along with my duo.
I stack with my best friend, we do not talk shit even IF our team isn’t pulling their weight why?? Because it’s a game. No reason to make other people feel bad. We try to protect our team no matter what role we are.
I still don't get it, your teammates keep blaming you when they're the ones that keep doing 1v5. They want you to save their asses where they don't want to cover you and just want kills.
I will agree the guys on Hollywood were smoking the finest of crack, but at 10:20 they were blaming the Zen, He said "I-I don't know why we are on Zen they have an Ana and a Junker queen". i don't want to defend them because they are kind of braindead, but they didn't blame you there (and its like you said they only started to blame Zen when you started to talk back)
The horrendous mentality of stacking... -If I'm stacking, its up to my friends to decide if they want to switch, as I have confidence in them that they can make their pick work. This leniency will not be given to others. -If we ARE losing, its not the stack's fault - Surely, those not in our group are responsible. They should switch, as I do not have confidence in their pick. -If we are defeated, someone outside of the stack is to blame. Those in the stack played perfectly - its the terrible teams we keep getting matched into that are holding back our infallible plays. -If someone outside of the stack gives us flack, our numbers advantage gives us the right to negate their opinion and dog on them. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What I think everyone would prefer (and encourage folks to try)... -I have confidence in my team to make their pick work. If they're not finding success, then I hope they'll switch on their own accord. Comms are kept to helpful callouts for my team to coordinate and capitalize on plays as they happen. I respect my teammates enough to assess their own plays, and will stay focused on the fights to come. If my team loses the set, I'll assess how I could have played better, as that's the majority of the control I can leverage going into the next game. When I re-queue, I do so in the hopes of having fun and improving my play.
To be fair widow players should aim for dmg anyway it's really about the kills they get to swing a team fight. But props to you bro for keeping your cool and I feel you on support bro. 20k heals and still lose the game I would've flamed them. But you were cool and knew what to do.
No one takes responsibilty for what they are dong wrong, Ive been maining genji for about a week and typically top fragging on my team and EVERY GAME I get asked to swap, like what??? Our other dps is 4 and 10?? Tell him to swap im whooping ass lmaoo
playing support to get the most healing isn't the right way to play support. DMG as much as you can heal your teammates when critical. If your teammates complain that they die because you aren't 100% pocketing them the entire time then that's on them. The low lvl players expect the support to be up their ass the entire time instead of using cover and preserving their health. Natural cover and utilizing your kit is what the tank and the dps should be doing. The support obviously can heal but they also have dmg abilities so they should be doing dmg as much as possible.
tbf in that last game you weren't doing that good on hog before they asked you to switch. You did well in the last round tho and that JohnWick guy didn't but ya'll got carried by the Genji lmao. That JohnWick guy was toxic af tho lmao.
When people are idiots and blame me I just say watch replay - I don't need to defend myself when I made a good choice and they didn't (positioning or otherwise)
You have almost double the heals more than the enemy team combined solo healing. Your off healers heals are just bonus and somehow your team still can’t get picks 😂 typical Overwatch, the blame game never ends
Hey a good point that comes up in the comments yes the genji carried that game, the fight stemmed from the widow in his group telling me to switch, me responding to the widow, and the genji responding back for his widow who at that point wasn't in chat yet

Bro how do you get mad at someone who had the most damage???? After winning?????
Every game I win it happens to me
Haven't watched the video yet but this is my buddies argument and he's the worst player in our group 🤷 damage without kills just feeds ult
Damage doesn’t matterv

My favorite function in this game is that the characters, especially DPS now say thank you even if the player doesn’t say thank you for heals

It's a wonder that they even joined vc at all.
You honestly had too much heals on the anna . You should always be looking to do damage with Ana and only heal when needed.
It’s always the soldiers like wtf
I cannot understand how people act like this in their games. The entire PvP feels like what people show comp to be, literally this.

Mery and Lucio are not meant for heals you use mercy for damage boost and Lucio for his speed they aren't main healers
