You did a great job. This is how I typically style my clip ins also. More natural hair youtubers need to showcase how easily our hair can blend with these kinky extensions.
I love braiding my hair in a beehive in the back or flat twists when I’m in a hurry and just leave the top of my hair out to blend. I’m so glad I found this method I was really tired of wigs and worrying about my edges all the time lol

I'll try it as soon as I get home. Thank you for making me see that I wasn't the only lost flamingo in this world. It worked for me to an extent when I tried, but my hair is soft and slippery so I'll try it with the diffuser once I get it and see how it works. Maybe it'll be better.

Would it be okay to only use one bundle if you're mixing it with your actual hair and not braiding it down? I've watched a lot of clip in videos and most women cornrow their hair. I wanted to try what you did and blend it with my actual hair through out while putting away the bottom in a few plaits.

But while my curl pattern is very close to the coils I’m nervous about my fine thick but not thick hair. I’m torn between braiding it all or inserting clips like tracks in between

What was the takedown like? Especially for the sections that you didn’t loosely plait? We have the same hair type, but I’m worried about the leave-out sections that would ultimately be treated as though I did a “wash and go” using a diffuser. Did you find you had more tangles in those sections?

Hey sis great video. How did you colour match the clip ins? My hair is natural for years so colour is my natiral colour nearly black but my clip in natural colour is a sort of chocolate brown.. this is more noticeable in natural light. To avoid this embarrassment which colour should i go for or jow can i mask this poor colour match with my front leave out? Thanks
I feel like for all this you might as well do a u part wig. I personally think this defeats the purpose of quick clip ins. Especially if you leave it in for a week. That can cause damages. But i think it looks nice and blended well with your hair
+Jennie Smythe The clip ins are muuuuuch lighter than a upart wig and gave me so much more versatility throughout the week. Also it doesn't cause damage because the clips are attached lightly to my kinks and not to my scalp
I've never used a u-part wig because I've never seen one that actually matches my texture. I feel like the clip-ins give a little more versatility in that you can apply where you want and blend a little better. Maybe I should give u-part wigs a try?
Those blended well with your hair. I have 3b 3C hair I was gonna get coily but my hair is finer and coily not kinky and coily if that makes sense. maybe I should get curly instead.

I would guess it depends on how long she left them in. A follow up would've been nice.
I wear clip ins. You don't have to leave your hair out, you can twist it up or braid and just leave enough out at the top to cover the clip ins.
