1) Waltzy should have used the Sheila on the other 2 players instead of watching Newcastle ult with 0 damage. That was the biggest throw, but to be fair Hal and Zero had terrible angles there to help him shoot the other 2 as they left bubble, and they told him to focus Newcastle.
2) Zero did decent damage, but they weren't max pumps. Still, I don't know what else he does there besides not step out of the bubble when GG's Gibby ult is coming down.
3) We didn't see Hal's perspective here but I'm surprised the Newcastle didn't die sooner. Without his pov its hard to say whether he needed to change what he did.
Regardless, sometimes you just lose fights, despite having high ground. With Newcastle and Gibby back in the meta that seems easier than ever.

Once that newcastle ulted up to hal and zero, Wltzy had a perfect anchor postion on the gibby and rampart to mow them down with shiela while hal and zero fight the newcastle 2 v 1. Their odds of winning go up exponentially. But instead he went to the newcastle while gibby and rampart walk up for free.
Remember guys, its easy to be captain hindsight when its not you playing. Cut them some slack, these are video games and people make mistakes.

Wxltzy has always been sturdy don't get me wrong, but I feel like him carrying as the igl on his last team sadly overhyped his skillset. The roster change was not worth at all, and he even makes stupid mistakes playing below his potential level. Seems as if it's just one of those situations where a player just doesn't fit in right with their current situation, struggling to find a good fit or role, and will probably do better elsewhere.
