Hi Amy, the kitchen came out so bright and cheery I love the pops of yellow, I am Italian so there is yellow and lemons all over my kitchen, it Reminds me of the Amalfi coast with the size of the lemons there. I loved the rod idea you used under the cabinet I will tuck that idea away into my idea file. I also loved the pop of yellow as yellow is my favorite color. The small groupings look awesome and more pulled together than simply adding things to your counters. Very fun and thank you for posting.

Hi sweet Amy- everything looks so pretty in your house. I like that you take the time to clean before you start decorating. I also found that vinegar trick a while back. I have a black refrigerator and the hard water stains looked white on there. I tried everything I could think of and scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed. But it never came off. Then someone told me about the vinegar and it was an absolute miracle.. Since then I use vinegar on all kind of things. I’m not sure I told you that Rachel graduated from college but sadly her other grandmother passed away right before and the funeral was held the day after. She was really sad but excited about graduation. Kind of a strange time for her. For Mother’s Day my son-in-law came and power washed my deck and furniture and the girls put some kind of aluminum restoration stuff on the furniture that absolutely brought it back to life. It was amazing. And Melissa potted a bunch of plants and it looks so lush out there. That was exactly what I wanted for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately it’s already so hot in Texas I can hardly be out there much. The best times to sit out there is in the winter since we have mild winters here.
