I'd also change the ailerons to A and D to roll. You might think this as overkill, but as the game lags a bit, it should make it quite stable. Most of it is personal preference and toying around. TL;DR -Turn the plane into a WASD controlled plane -Motorlock wing panels into the wings for more lift as the wedges on the wing may make it too heavy -make the elevators out of wing panels and use motor 2s to operate them -If none of that works, try placing super rockets into the nose and back that would work with the WASD control surfaces, adjusting pitch to prevent the plane from flipping or diving.
To fix the nose diving problem, replace some of the blocks in the front of the plane to wing panels to give it more lift in the front. To make it handle better, delete some of the half blocks in the wing motor lock so you have room to make control surfaces with motor 2s and wing panels. Srry I just read this and it sounds complicated but in reality it’s not.
Also you may want to add helium in spots throughout the plane and paint it or you could replace some blocks that are inside and hidden with some rockets helium always has a mega role

I did this on my plane, the blue dot thing needs to be at the yellow dot(mass), you can move the blue dot by wing pannels And control surfaces if the blue dot is back then the plane will go down and when the blue dot is at the front the plane go up.

The control surfaces don't work when they're placed vertically. So you should try keybinding control surfaces on the tail of the planeta, the controls might be weird but it will get the job done :)

(Example: W A S D) Thats also why planes have pitch controls at the back called elevators, it’s because its easier for the plane to change it’s angle of attack if the control is at the back or the front because if the controls is at the center of gravity (Example: the wings) it will be hard to rotate it.

The engines need to be more to the back of the plane. Also, add more weight to the front or add helium to the back of the plane, the horizontal wings at the back may be too smol for the back weigh of the plane. Its not 100% guaranteed to fly, but its worth the shot.
btw about ur plane remove all the ballast block u used and then remove some wings at the back or add some wings at the front,i recommend using motor 2 with some wings and half wedge for the surfaces because control surface doesnt work very well

The issue may be that the motor lock tower is too close to the front meaning it’s too far from the center of gravity witch affects flight just a bit, you may be adding too much density in the ballast blocks in the rear or front. You could also try using super rockets to control pitch and roll
Add more control panels at the back and ad from 2-6 helium in the NOSE trust me it will work it wont fatigue the build in any way shape or form. As well when u will be up and flying add Vertical control panels at the back so You Can have Yaw control and manouver better.
I built a ww2 bomber and what I’d did to make it fly really well is put helium blocks on and tell it to center it even though u don’t want to use helium it will help you a lot I promise.
Dragon I had this same problem with my build either its to heavy or its because you made block wings or to short so it would just go somewee other then what you want, I sugest making it longer and taking offf block wings and using custom controls because airliner s dont work well without custom controls or you can add spoirlers search it up triy those I hope it helps!

Looking at the issue, no it isn’t.
It’s a center of mass/center of lift issue.
And mouse controlled surfaces don’t work at all with folding creations.
Try to switch to wasd controls, folded creations work better with them!

Try use helium and ballast blocks to balace it. It helps alot!
I did this on my plane, the blue dot thing needs to be at the yellow dot(mass), you can move the blue dot by wing pannels
And control surfaces if the blue dot is back then the plane will go down and when the blue dot is at the front the plane go up.
But the problem is when you fold it wont be an good center of mass

Dude, it’s the placement of your rocket engines. They’re at the top so the plane pitches down, if you had them at the bottom it would pitch up
Put the thrust at the front and middle under the row the wings are in (to give more lift)
From my experience of making planes (this might be a bad idea) is to place propellers at the front for it to go up or down
putting control panels on the elevator will definitely help but it may not solve the problem
