Ur analysis and advice are absolutely correct unlike few others who do their business by making such videos.U are very honest.But I feel parking camera is necessary especially if u are driving a sedan and not a professional driver. Bcz if u hv a parking sensor it warns u if it detect a small tree branch falling behind the car and u will be confused and get out of the car but camera can detect it and u can go reverse.Further if u are reversing a sedan in a congested area having a lot of obstruction like other cars or walls then the beep will frustrate u as it warns u when the rear bumper may be 3 to 4 feet from the obstacle.Hence parking camera can help you to give some idea on how much distance u can take in reverse direction.So that is why I am using sensor as well as parking camera in my Vokswagen vento and never faced any issue in reversing in my locality although I am not s professional driver
Cars today are highly technology driven. Checklist cannot do justice. I recenely bought my Hector and I hired Zekardo PDI to conduct the PDI for my new car. They found issues with my car not only in sensor but also discovered that the car had a meter rollback since dealer did not have demo car so they had used my car as demo car. I cancelled my car and then got a new car after that. They again came to do the PDI and when it got cleared by them, i bought the car. Highly recommended to every car buyer. They are the only company to conduct PDI for new car in India. Best part is they have no tie up with any dealers.

Very helpful tips ! This concept of guidance is commendable. A piece of advice. Pls make people aware of making the habbit of driving their Cars & Two wheelers in the night inside city with " low beam headlights" normally. High beams must be used only at required places that too for the required purpose. Using High beam all the time habitually hampers the vision of drivers coming from front. Its one of the cause of accidents. Infact the traffic personels must check this and make challans on erring drivers.

Most of the models are launched with better versions and technicalities around the world but when it comes to India it will be launched very late and when compared to the prices the manufacturers are taking Indian buyers for granted. The prices in India is much higher compared to the global price but the quality is not up to the global market standards. They learnt one thing that is they can sell any shit in India easily. And all the so called SUVs in India are fake Front Wheel Driven Sedans. Why the government is the authority not questioning the manufacturers. Are they also hand in glove with the companies. reverse camera seems more usefull than sensors personally speaking..gives one more confidence if u can see visually.....i am buying an i10 corporate edition which has a touch screen but no camera, i am wondering if installing rear view camera from some hyndai authorized dealership (my current dealer hasnt confirmed if he is able to install just rearview camera seperately) will affect car warranty in anyway...

You did not mention which are good Dashcam that we did look for. Can you suggest?

reverse camera seems more usefull than sensors personally speaking..gives one more confidence if u can see visually.....i am buying an i10 corporate edition which has a touch screen but no camera, i am wondering if installing rear view camera from some hyndai authorized dealership (my current dealer hasnt confirmed if he is able to install just rearview camera seperately) will affect car warranty in anyway...
