*for diesel section : WDP-4 , WDP-4D & few twin AlCo's are used to haul LHB coached train with EOG technology

Thanks dolesh to refresh my own train journey which I did on the same day 30th Jan 2022 and the train was 2 hours delayed however I already seen IRCTC message 2 pm itself 🤣 so i reached there at 7: 10 am . It was also my first long journey from Chennai to Hzt nizamuddin and I am feeling gud that you both have represented Rajdhani so beautifully, really appreciated your work guys 👏

Couple of points after travelling in lot of trains 1. No difference in 2 Tier and 3 Tier coaches with other normal LHB Coaches 2. Food quality is also same for 2 tier and 3 tier in comparison with other trains 3. Railways should think about Speeding up Rajdhani / Duronto / Shatabdi to min 160 KMPH through out the journey 4. Difference of Rajdhani these days are - Priority and Limited stops with 130 KMPH Run wherever allowed. Highest speed in Rajdhani is 130 KMPH which is same for other LHB trains too.
I had point to argue on the 3rd point. Indian Track conditions are not up to the mark for 160 kmph😂 More than 150 will explode the ballast and derail the train. And 150 too is possible on very few routes. Currently, the fastest train in India is the Nizamuddin - Agra Gatiman Express. That too is just 150kmph😶

8:51 Dolesh Sir WAG-9 is not used in Rajdhani Express because WAG-9 has a Max Permissible speed of 120 kmph and also WAG -9 is mostly used for Long Range Goods Services

The longest Rajdhani route is from Trivandrum Central in Kerala to Hazrat Nizamuddin in South Delhi (3,149 km/ about 46 hours).
It refreshed my journey to and from Mumbai on Rajdhani express in year 2000.
Also refresh memory of travelling from Chennai (then Madras) to New Delhi on GT Express way back in 1984 it use to take 60+ hours then. I use to enjoy those train rides as a primary school kid. 😀

It is said that "Luxury - once experienced - becomes a necessity". This Rajdhani journey brought back some fond memories of my travel days in the 90s in India (I am now settled in the US). I had recently traveled to India in 2021 and had the opportunity to travel Ahmedabad-Mumbai Tejas Exp Executive class. One thing that absolutely stands out about Indian railways - the Quality and Level of Service at a given price-point is unparalleled in India. Rs 7000/- for a first class ticket - is around 93 US Dollars, is unthinkable of in the US. A similar journey, by Amtrak - say, from New York to Orlando - would cost close to US $600/- and the food and bell service no where near to Rajdhani. Thank you Dolesh / Sonia for covering this journey is great detail.

431kms to Vijaywada in 6hrs and TN is the fastest non Rajdhani train and covers the same distance just under 7hrs
Dolesh Bhai - my humble suggestion - please invest in these two : 1) A d-SLR Gimbal in addition to the tripod you already have and 2) A clip on Lavalier microphone in addition to the Rode Flash Shoe mount mic. Lastly - for the ultra-wide - are you using a Canon 10-18 lens?

the longest rajdhani express is the tiruvananthapuram to delhi rajdhani express with a distance of 3149 kms from both cities and the time is 41 hrs.
Sir WAG 9 is a freight locomotive. WAP 7 is a passenger oriented locomotive. WAP 7 has a capability to reach 130kmph. Whereas WAG 9 can reach 110kmph . So wap 7 is used in rajdhani express and other premium trains sir. Nice vlog sir

8:52 Dolesh Bhai... WAP9 Loco are used for Freight Trains also there top speed is 120km/hr & whereas WAP7 is passenger variant locomotive with a modified gear ratio to pull lighter loads at higher speeds. Max Speed is 180km/hr..hence all Rajdhani have WAP7 Locomotive to run on there assign speed.

खाना लगता है वाकई में बढ़िया होगा. पर एकाध दो बार शायद ठीक लगेगा लेकिन सुबह शाम हर रोज तेल में तैरती पनीर की सब्जी, अंडा मुर्गा दाल खाएंगे तो बोर हो जाएंगे और सेहत के लिए हानिकारक भी हो सकता है. पेट में गैस होना और पादना शुरू हो जाएगा.
