Made me laugh when you were talking about that ruin snd Archie is digging like crazy in the field with his hole halfway to Australia!
The dogs had a good old mud bath. All the bits and pieces you have acquired are beautiful but the light that came from your late father especially touched my heart. What a wonderful garden! It would be great to see it in the Spring. We used to have a large garden but now it would be too much for just the two of us to keep up. I miss it so much. Have to settle with plant boxes on the deck now growing herbs. I can't get over how green everything still is for winter and snowdrops in bloom! Thank you for showing us all those wonderful sights. Rich is a fantastic cinematographer for sure.

I would have plants on a boat, too. Envy your plants starting to sprout….I will not start plants until March inside. We get snow through May here in the Rocky Mountains. Tomorrow it will be snowing and temperature will be -6 or -8 degrees C here…..

What a wonderful episode ,it felt almost Spring like in parts with the blossom and Fran's roof top garden sprouting all over the place.The dogs however made me shiver as they frolicked in the canal.No spring like signs here, blanketed in snow temperatures all over the place from the -20's celsius to occasionally +2c .I love the way you're adding artistic touches to the interior of your boati, its the little things that make it home.My sister in Somerset belongs to the National Trust and we have visited some fabulous properties and walled gardens .Thanks for sharing ,take care stay warm .Happy cruising.

The lamp is in working order but uses kerosene which we are a bit nervous of on the boat so I think we may just put some twinkly lights in it.
