I did the visit to Traxxion and before I invested my money, I rode their test bike. I went out for maybe 10 minutes and went back and emphatically said "Please put the suspension on my bike" as it was night and day.

Best interview I've seen. I went off Max a few years back over his stance on Covid restrictions etc. BUT listening to him in this interview I cant help warming to him again. His educating description of the suspension systems have got me really thinking about his set up

This was a very interesting conversation and look forward to the next part. I always wondered why cruiser motorcycles "squiggle" in a surprising way when riding over tar snakes in New England. You would think a heavy bike would not do this. Is it because the suspension reacts too slowly to changes of 1/4-1/2" in the height of pavement with the tar snake? The 23 Goldwing does better than others I've ridden. My only thought on the Goldwing is that the front suspension is not firm enough. It is beautiful on smooth roads but ninety percent of roads up here are lumpy bumpy with raised patched and empty potholes. Max would know if he was around Salem.

Max's Traxxion products for the Goldwing are top notch! Installed his engine protection plate on my new 24 wing, its built like a tank; wouldn't ride without it!! love Max's no B.S. attitude. Funny story on the Harley, I also have a HD Road Glide and have gone down the "performance" rabbit hole, cam, lifters, fuel injections controller, shocks, and it's still nowhere near as good as my new 24 Wing!!

That's exactly what I have on my 2018 until I put on the new tie rod. Check the steering head. In 1982 I tried to make the Guinness book of world records by riding the longest nonstop no-handed on a Honda 750/4. How else are you going to text while on a motorcycle if you can't take your hands off?
