Michael seems like an amazing person. It seems like he's the only actor who can jump over a desk, hop on a counter-top, jump over a banister, jump onto a sofa, jump up to hug a co-star, all while making everyone laugh and smile with his great sense of humour on family ties, spin city, back to the future ..etc. I pray he gets well soon God-Willing.❤
He is probably the best actor, the hottest guy and the nicest person ever I can't believe he's 56 and has Parkinson's disease I can't imagine how he copes he is such a great person and he doesn't deserve it at all he is my idol and I hope I get to meet him one day love Lauren Xxx
Loved late night television and never got to watch it often because I always had to be in bed early due to having to rise early the next morning for work or for other reasons. Consequently, I love these Letterman snippets and episode extracts displaying Letterman's comic style posting on You Tube. David Letterman's resemblance to Alfred E. Newman is astonishing. I'm crazy about Mad Comics and Mad Magazine. It's my era. I never could get enough of them because I didn't own a subscription. I was a kid then. So, I would always head for the magazine rack when we shopped. Mad, as well as many other popular publications of the period would be there. Dave is definitely more comical though. It's sad we don't have entertainment resembling these shows and personalities any longer. The dialogue between Michael J. Fox and David Letterman is so brilliant. Informative. Rich with detail and interpolated with comedy about their lives and the entertainment sphere with which they're familiar. Television and film are different now (we can even include the publishing world in this scenario). It's all become so commercial now. It's becoming more and more the pursuit of money rather than delivering real entertainment to please your audience. It fills one with overwhelming sadness with that realization.
Thank you for this video. Here in France we don't have any news from Michael exept from internet and TH-cam. So great to see him in different videos at different ages. Michael you're still so cute, even today. God bless you my friend :).
when you watch interviews with him now... you can really see the struggle he goes through daily and its wierd to see him in this video without the parkinsons really affecting him and then seeing him today he's a great actor and he's absolutely kicking parkinson's in the ass right now :)
I was just watching an interview with Michael on David Letterman this year, and they use the exact same jokes now as they did in this interview :P But hey, it works.
This was a neat exchange. You can see Dave start to challenge Michael when he's like, "What, you play with your baby 8 hours a day?" "Yeah." "10 hours a day?" "Yeah" "Did ya, have to work yourself up to that?" At first I thought Dave was straight up antagonizing Michael. But then I realized it was more like he was saying "You're better than this. Give me better answers. You're funny and witty come on man" - And then Michael started talking about keeping him alive, and how he's heading for the fan. And Dave is like, "Yes! Finally, I knew you had it in you!"
MJF was one of those guys you knew all the girls were crazy about. He was a teen Idol and all, but somehow you couldn't get upset or be jealous of him. He was Marty McFly for christ sakes! Greetings from a fan from Chile, South America.
When you watch this video you can see that he twitches slightly as he always positions himself on the chair and touches his face, I think it's the parkinsons only just starting to take shape and he probably didn't know he had it at that point and tried to hide it as best as possible, great actor and nice guy
welll, he said his baby was 14 months in the vid, and sam was born in may 1989, so the interview would be about july/august 1990. So, after his father died.
The one I've been looking everywhere for is when he did David Letterman talking about being fact checker for research on "Bright Lights big city" He was Hillarious. The interview is better than the movie. Micheal saves the world from exploding pies! Anyone know what year that was? I don't know how I missed seeing so many interviews. I was buying every magazine and watching everything I could find on him. I watched the underrated movies just to see him.
A favorite--cheeze 'n' *rice*, their chemistry is amazin'. -she says from the floor. doesn't bother gettin' up cos she's a-gonna play it AGAIN- Yes, I used caps. SKWEE!
Funny you would say he looks like Josh , I was thinking that had the hunger games been done in the 80's Michael probably would have been the top choice for Peeta.
I miss the days when he was one of the most famous actors - they were sweet fun times... but the cia/movie industry changed society when Schwarzenegger became the next big movie star and then those fun times changed into nothing but guns, killing and violence. Sigh.
He is the Best guy ever!!in all ways but the hilarious moment is when interview asks about cognitive mind of baby, and Mike s look, and eyes are just soop funny. He might be thinking that time- what is he even asking ??!
I think almost everybody wants to hug Michael J. Fox. I do. He seems so soft all over.
😢

Speak for yourself.

@aasiyahwadee8479
So true. And to think he dodged that scientology bullet...
He is probably the best actor, the hottest guy and the nicest person ever I can't believe he's 56 and has Parkinson's disease I can't imagine how he copes he is such a great person and he doesn't deserve it at all he is my idol and I hope I get to meet him one day love Lauren

Lovely. Even now, after so much suffering, he remains funny, self-effacing and generous. A wonderful person.

OH My God he is so gorgeous
Love the way MichaelJ fox, gives me a lot of Peace
ONE WORD: LOVABLE
He's great. I wish he had done more movies when he was young.

I think i could never get enough of watching Michael!
This guy is such a classic, he's always been living in the 70's era. lol Such a great lovable and bubbly guy.
Thank you for this video. Here in France we don't have any news from Michael exept from internet and TH-cam. So great to see him in different videos at different ages. Michael you're still so cute, even today. God bless you my friend :).
Isabelle Gagnage you are so tight I feel the same way about him btw I just subbed to you god bless your soul

I had such a crush on Michael when I was 13. It was Back To The Future. Marty McFly.....
HELLO! Marty isn't gay, think, butthead....
Майкл, ты самый добрый самы умны и самый золотой человек на всей земле.
Согласна.. он просто сильное солнышко♡ люблю его очень.
when you watch interviews with him now... you can really see the struggle he goes through daily and its wierd to see him in this video without the parkinsons really affecting him and then seeing him today he's a great actor and he's absolutely kicking parkinson's in the ass right now :)
Love the Michael "A. Fox" story! never heard that before-as humble generous and respectful as he is now that seems a far cry from alcoholism 1984 MJF
I was just watching an interview with Michael on David Letterman this year, and they use the exact same jokes now as they did in this interview :P But hey, it works.
I have just watched that one too and now watching this - haha same old questions! But yes, stick with what works!

Sam was just a baby!! 😍❤ OMG

I luv MJF!!
i'm in loooove
He's from Vancouver, British Columbia, west coast.
MJF was one of those guys you knew all the girls were crazy about. He was a teen Idol and all, but somehow you couldn't get upset or be jealous of him. He was Marty McFly for christ sakes! Greetings from a fan from Chile, South America.
He's foxy ♥️♥️
He's 52 today, and I laughed when he said "Gee, doc..." It's still good.
Comment 52 here, too.
InedibleHulk Smith I am a little too late but 52
hi, I come from the future and now he has 59
He's 62 today.
I like the fact the "J" in his name stands for genius.
I wish him all the best. I heard they just had a new baby, congratulations.
Funny as hell, so witty!! But touching the bottom of his shoes @1:19 then rubbing his nose @2:23, Mike, Mike, Mike
I can see his PD in his movements
😢
"its about keeping them from killing themselves." LMAO
so true, thats exactly what its like with toddlers.
its like the same interview from last year... same questions and jokes
GIGANT Michael ! (ÓRIÁS VAGY MICHAEL !)
+D BÉLA Gigant?? wtf is that?
YES MICHAEL GIGANT !!!!!!!
Ziggy Wiggy
I think he means GIANT... but only God knows.
this guy doesnt age
+vangxbg This was in 1990...
OUCH!
When you watch this video you can see that he twitches slightly as he always positions himself on the chair and touches his face, I think it's the parkinsons only just starting to take shape and he probably didn't know he had it at that point and tried to hide it as best as possible, great actor and nice guy
he tried to hide what he probably didnt know he had? RRRIGHT
I love you daddy ❤❤❤
And to think the baby they're talking about is 23 this year
welll, he said his baby was 14 months in the vid, and sam was born in may 1989, so the interview would be about july/august 1990. So, after his father died.
+palmygurl Right now he's like 53 and he was 23 when the made the first back to the future 1985 but now 5 years 1990 he should be 28 in this video.
He was born in 1961. So yeah you're just about right
29 I think
Foxy 🦊❤️
Michael around this time looks very similar to David Cassidy. Like they could be brothers ❤️

Pushing 30 and he looked 18.
Michael ''Jesuschristthisguyissosexy'' Fox lol
Wow , 1990 interview it's 2024. Wow, I'm just stunned at how fast that all breezes by. Do the math wow.
but, I think alot of his repositioning himself and touching his face are all part of his personality and mannerisms. Those aren't Parkinson's tics.
this was the year his father passed away. Jan 6th 1990. I wonder was this interview shot before or after his father died?
yeah, in his most recent Letterman interview, he said that when he became symptomatic, he noticed his pinky twitching in 1990.
November 13, 1990 is the date he first experienced the finger twitching.
Picturing a college kid as a 14 month old saying stuff that his dad can translate with his dad dictionary.
The one I've been looking everywhere for is when he did David Letterman talking about being fact checker for research on "Bright Lights big city" He was Hillarious. Michael s father died in January of 1990 it was January 6th 1990 to be precise
jenius, jenuinely ;p
what a guy and what a movie!
Wow he is 29 there !
So sad, just a year before he was diagnosed with Parkinson's.
Thought it was 1990 he was diagnosed.🤷
1991
Jenius, defenitely *_*
definitely******
Michele I'm from the future saying u need to watch back to the future twenty times
so true
Damn sucks what Parkinson's can do to a guy.
5:11 🤣🤣🤣🤣
A favorite--cheeze 'n' *rice*, their chemistry is amazin'.
-she says from the floor. doesn't bother gettin' up cos she's a-gonna play it AGAIN-
Yes, I used caps. SKWEE!
oh to go back to the 80s and bodyswap with tracy pollen
he said Genuine and Genius...its j not g Mike 😂😂
I'm pretty sure he knows this, it was another one of his self-deprecating jokes.
But they begin with the 'j' sound. Don't take it so literal lol
Am I the only one that thinks that Josh Hutcherson looks a bit like him?
Not near as much as Roddy Piper.
Funny you would say he looks like Josh , I was thinking that had the hunger games been done in the 80's Michael probably would have been the top choice for Peeta.
j = genius ???
The J stands for "Genuine" and "Genius"....hmm spelling must not have been his strong suit lol.
Only a year after this, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's
I miss the days when he was one of the most famous actors - they were sweet fun times... but the cia/movie industry changed society when Schwarzenegger became the next big movie star and then those fun times changed into nothing but guns, killing and violence. Sigh.
Huh? Terminator came out a year before Back to the Future.
he's 47 :o he looks 30 in this interview
+palmygurl He's only 29 in this interview. His comment about being 47 was a joke.
What part of Canada is he from?
Los Angeles.
But if you seriously haven't Googled it yet, Edmonton.
Edmonton :DDDD Where I'm from :D (Although he moved a lot, so yeah :P)
Edmonton.
Never trust someone that isn't
what are you chicken mcfly
very funny:))))))))
He has my first name
1 year later he gets parkinson.... so sad
Less than 1 year later.
MICCHAEL JEFFREY FOX
he is ill :(
He is the Best guy ever!!in all ways but the hilarious moment is when interview asks about cognitive mind of baby, and Mike s look, and eyes are just soop funny. He might be thinking that time- what is he even asking ??!
Michael a fox XD
Funny how his son is brilliant now
some of the fans don't like it very much when they talk about Tracy!!!!I also don't like it very much, you know it's even nauseating! yuck
He must be related to Tom Holland
why? 😭
я непоспеваю за тобой. можешь помедленнее я записываю.
I used to think he was American
Watch the animals leave 🤣🤣
Michael A. Fox. Mike a fox? Lol
Next year,.MF will receive his 😢 diagnoses😢
If you look in all his interviews he wipes his face, sits with his leg AWAY from the host.
I love Michael J Fox, but the host is really annoying.
the host....you mean DAVID LETTERMAN?! OH BROTHER
@@EXWiz4rd The OP must be really young or lived under a rock their whole life.
inexperienced host keeps talking babies without moving on. j fox is exasperated.
