To those people who are so confused and stressed in life, I suggest to learn and study the Precious Buddhadharma. It will open up your narrow minded, narrow thought, hence learn about the existence of self and the truth about life and around us. As Buddha said: We are shaped by our thoughts, we become what we think. As Vasubhandhu said: We are just a thought. We must walk the path ourselves, have trust, faith in Buddhadharma. Blessing comes along. 🙏☸️😇☀️
