The interviewer is Mohit Raina, who as an actor is asking questions he may face while working on a character vis a vis the director/writer who wrote the character. It's a different format of interview. Not all interviews have to be of actors/stars. Most of us I beleive are here to learn, and who better to learn from than Atul Mongia, who has coached hundreds of actors, (including Mohit Raina during Uri). There are multiple interviews of Mohit Raina available TH-cam as well, so I don't see any need to be condescending like that. I'd you don't want to listen, just move on :)
