The heavy make up failed to conceal the sadness in her eyes. I don't believe her when she said "Hindi sya pinaasa ni JM". I am certain that she liked JM and JM at some point, liked her, too. But the way I see it, Barbie was the only one who really fell inlove. A woman most likely to fall in love with someone who comforts her and makes her feel lovable after a break up. And she did. She fell inlove with him.
What I saw with JM,'s recent TWBA interview was a typical guy who makes girls fall in love with his sweet words and just feel sorry about it afterwards because he doesn't feel the same way for the girl who fell in love with him. He's just someone who's saving up his ego whilst, Barbie on the other hand is another Angelica Panganiban on the screen. Someone who hoped for a new romantic relationship but found herself clinging to the wrong person. Again.
When she said, "Baka pinursue ka nya, kasi gusto ka nya. O baka pinursue ka nya, pero may iba pala. O baka pinursue ka nya para saktan ka lang ulit." -- Just read between the lines. A woman won't utter words like that without in depth reasons.
I feel sad for her, but that's part of love. Part of life. You are still young and naive in a way but that's perfectly fine, Barbie. One day, you'll wake up with the man who really deserves your heart. As of now, focus on your goals and love yourself most of all.
