So the cup holder that is on the till is built into this model, it is not an accessory that you can purchase.
Thank you Marc for making a wonderful and and informative video I have the original jazzy zt. But I believe it's time for an upgrade to this one because I love the speed Im a active adult at around 200 lb.

I've some question to this scooter - may I use 8amp charger to charge battery on him ?
I would recommend a 2A or a 5A charger
Can you change the size of the basket?
No but you can find maybe online a bigger one . Marc
Cute but most seniors find their walkers too heavy to remove from the car let alone heavy scooter pieces. Also they need more room for storage than a basket that will only hold a quart or two of milk and they can't bend multiple times like you need to. Like the nice wide tires though and mirrors though.
By the way, your videos are excellent. It's just that no one has invented good handicap transportation yet.
You are so right. I love the videos they are very informative. Helps to know what I am getting into before I buy. Thank you for the information. I just hate that the manufacturer feels that someone with a disability will always have someone to help them. Someone with certain disabilities won't be able to do all that with the battery, Especially someone older. I like the battery that just snaps into place without all the fuss.
Agree, if you need a scooter, you shouldn't be loading and unloading one. For my mother in-law, I just bought one of these along with a Bruno Joey which will load it and unload with the push of a button. It is the only good solution for someone who needs a scooter and doesn't always have someone along to help.

Some do, some don't. The ZT10 does not have lithium batteries.
IS THIS SCOOTER COVERED BY MEDICAID OR MEDICARE OR BOTH ?
I am not sure. We do not do Medicare or medicaid or Ins .
Id like to know where the fuse is. The manual doesn't say where it is. My scooter won't turn on and it says it is the fuse. Nothing in the manual that says where the fuse is. Can you help?

Trying to compare this and the Pride Revo 2.0. they appear to be similarly sized with similar speeds, but this one is 800$ more and has longer range, but appears to be harder to take apart and get in and out of a vehicle.
Hi, This ZT10 turns in a smaller area since there are (2) motors that turn independently and the front wheels turn directly sideways. The ZT10 has double the motor wattage since it has 2 motors. Larger Batteries and faster speed on the ZT10 as well.

Dear Marc, will that cup holder hold a super big gulp from 7-Eleven? Or is the adjustable liever for the tiller in the way?
The cup can not be large then 3" diameter and no taller then 9"

I actually bought the scooter last week. I find it very slow on the walking part and it doesn’t seem to be doing 6 km on the first part it also wouldn’t go up a ramp and it wouldn’t even go up at 4 inch slant to go in the door. So now it’s in the shop I don’t know if I want it back. I think I might look at another one. The good thing is the turning radius is good but my scooter that I bought there was something wrong with it it doesn’t really turn like that it gets stuck. I do like the lights I do like the charging port I don’t like the fact of the seat doesn’t go back.

Excellent video but the top speed is not 6 mph it is 7.2 mph, while in sport mode, 2mph in the lowest setting, and 4 mph in the middle setting! So that’s 2, 4, And 7.2 mph, consecutively!
Too heavy. Not what I would call very portable. Most people would likely need help getting it in and out of their car. Huge negative. But seems very powerful and that's positive.
