This is what Harley should build. It's everything sport bike fans want in a Harley...a highly strung 45 degree v-twin in a lightweight street fighter package. Build it Harley and we will buy them by the boat load!!
I’ve four. All XB models. XB9s. Then XB9 city x in hero blue. I’d buy it back in a heartbeat. Then I had two XB1200ss long. The XB9’s was the fastest. And changed direction like a fly. I am going to buy another. To be fair I own a 2015 dyna with all the stolen technology from Eric Buell. And it’s better than my 1200’s. But not as good asXB9x. They are like a locomotive crossed with a old British bike. They make me laugh, they make everyone that see’s them smile. Eric should be proud. He’s a engineering genius.
fidel catsro I own one and love it. It's the bike Erik always wanted to make but HD wouldn't let him. That's why it's so different from previous buells
Buells ... I live in Costa Rica and drive a 2007 Firebolt 12R ..this Bike was a left over from a privat importer but never sold .. I bought that Bike with 1600km untouched and like brand new.. was stored in a Garage for Years ..I think its unic in Costa Rica never seen another one ..spent some money in upgrades and it still looks and drives like new ..never seen rain ..sometimes I go to Bike events.. and its always the same..no one knows what it is ..and People asking me what Brand ..i say its a Buell and many answers.. ohh a Ducati.. .. so funny...
Funny. I had both of the 1st 2 bikes, same color and all. Crashed them both. Lol. Crashed my 02 X1 and broke my girlfriends arm in 7 places. Front of the muffler fell off and catapulted us into a front flip. This crash was due to the exhaust pipe falling off of the manifold. And if you notice the 3rd bike, the firebolt, it didnt have the fearing on the front bottom of the frame. Which also acts as a safety mechanism and will catch the exhaust if it falls off. If I knew that I wouldn't have took it off. Next I t-boned a car on my 08 XB12S 3 years later. I jumped at the last second and broke both my shin bones on the handle bars. Yup compound fractures... none if this has changed my love for buell. Love em!
I rode one for 2 hours in bumper to bumper traffic in the blazing south fl sun (92°f) i thought it was going to cook my right leg! Fan would not turn off! But it didn't overheat...😏
Hero MotoCorp., the largest motorcycle manufacturer in India, has acquired a 49.2% stake in Erik Buell Racing. Company founder Erik Buell will remain chairman and majority owner of the firm that bears his name and, for now, HERO will be the only other owner.
I love it honestly. I always wanted a sportsbike that sounds like Harley. The sound of torque. 😁😁
I would like to take a moment of your time to remind you of how bad HD f---d up. Thank you.

fidel catsro what do you mean?
Im impressed they squeezed 185hp out of a V twin!!! love to throw my bandit1200 engine in the thrash bin and replace it with this ebr engine!!
fidel catsro I own one and love it. It's the bike Erik always wanted to make but HD wouldn't let him. That's why it's so different from previous buells
Never understood the fascination with burnouts
Leave it for the inbreds 👍🏻
Got your XB12 and 9 mixed up. Except for 2010, 9s have silver frames and 12s have black.

What color is it? If it is the white with blue wheels those are rare. Mine is the black with red wheels which is more common.
Yellow with black wheels @@fjon589
Dude rides that xb like a boss 👍
hmmmm, gorgeous sound!
What about the early Buells? S-2, S-1, M-2, or even earlier ??
2:16? Looks like a older one with the old frame
@@dusty111 S1 lightning I think?

Damn dude . I hope you ride safer now ?
How did a muffler fall off?
Still have my 09 Uly. Love it
Beautiful thank you..
Best looking bike n nice video,🥰💖
It's the first geberation Dodge viper of motorcycles. Raw, unrefined, good at making noise. I don't miss my xb.
Stephen Daniel did you tell your parents your gay yet?
Doug Black did you tell your parents that you don't know the proper "you're" to use?
Stephen Addeaux why
Just the prehistoric Harley engines on a Deltabox-like frame.
and?.............
I must be getting old, the stunt segment was really boring.
Except tuned to an extreme amount and actually used to compete on MotoGP. I think I'm missing something here
To not just think of that , but actually make it. Totally cool.
The Rear Tyres lives dangerous, while the Exhaust is To Hot...
I did my part. My X1 has been the best $ I ever spent.
Mike Romeo what do you mean a dollar
Michael James Stein Jr $ means $money
@3:02 I spotted the ugliest mailbox I've ever seen. Why would somebody burden their neighbors with that damn thing?
drichard12 don't you like that good looking coffin
Refers to a yellow lion, i think... Jajajaja
Kids
I like it.
Nice
Great video but cut out the dudes with messed up running Buells that was caused by their own doing.
What a waste of two perfectly good bikes
This is America 🇺🇸 all about showing off your skills if you think you got some kind of skills then hop on in
these guys idling low sound like hit & miss motors. That starves the motor of oil. I Kno at least with the XB12 the idle is set to 1050rpm
My x1 Lightning idles about the same. Around a 1,000 or a little above.
I'm on a 09 1125 cr. I'm actually happy my Harley got stolen now that I got this baddy
Mir tun bei den Stunts die Maschinen immer leid .
Wie lange halten die ?
2 Jahre und dann Schrott ?
I enjoy riding my 03 Harley Davison xb9s Buell lightning
Uma Harley esportiva
Are those belt drive vs chain drive ???
Belt
Wish they used the 1inch belts, only shitty Chinese aftermarket ones that might last 2 miles or 200
Have a Stt 2007

Wow
круто парни могут
If only they don't suffer from overheating...
james goldman ha
I've had my M2 Cyclone for 19 years and never had an over heat issue!
Have a sportster built to Buell specs. 93° F day and it was only running at just over 200°F
Who told you they suffer from over heating ?
I rode one for 2 hours in bumper to bumper traffic in the blazing south fl sun (92°f) i thought it was going to cook my right leg! Fan would not turn off!
But it didn't overheat...😏
early ones used modded sportster motors, later ones used rotax developed 72 deg liquid cooled propriatory ones...
49% of that Company is now owned by an Indian Motor Company HERO.
EBR is literally owned 100% by Eric Buell.
Hero MotoCorp., the largest motorcycle manufacturer in India, has acquired a 49.2% stake in Erik Buell Racing. Company founder Erik Buell will remain chairman and majority owner of the firm that bears his name and, for now, HERO will be the only other owner.
He never learns does he?
it was nothing really.. 25Mil is just a very small amount.. but hey.. better the Indians than the Chinese
Harley should have nurtured Buell.
Buell arnt that good ,thay are very dangerous
PLEASE for gods sake , put it on gumtree and sell for cash to anyone called Joe reed,
Stay safe🗽
Qué moto tan desechable , por eso se quebró esa marca
Wow
