But, well not really, because you need datacenters to train bigger ai models anyway 😄 What I wanted suggest is, that there are some areas, where you can also use geothermal power, like Iceland or hydropower. Some of those energy sources are very cheap, because they often produce an surplus of energy. Maybe you can take those into account. Also You can sell overproduced energy by solar and wind and buy energy instead of using gas yourself. Just some thoughts. keep on.
The real question is the total cost to run these GPU farm, considering it is going to be 100 million investment into GPU the WACC should be more important factor because MS can negotiate those to 3-4%
