Hello sir! I did all I could and it remained the same like you described, after that i used "MICROSOFT DEFENDER OFFLINE SCAN" and after the scan was complited, my antivirus deleted it once for all and it didnt appear again, i suppose if you do the windows offline full scan and do the steps suggested in video, it'll work for sure.

You need to back up your files from the USB key and then format it, then use the virus removal.
