First impressions of Guwahati India 🇮🇳

- Today is my first day going into the city of Guwahati India and taking you all with me to explore my first impressions and experiences exploring this North-East Indian city in the state of Assam. I start out by taking an Uber into the city to visit a few places like the fancy bazaar and a park which has a lake and boats inside. During that time, I meet some locals and cruise the boats together. Then finish off with roaming the streets of Guwahati.

My best friend in NZ comes from Guwahati. I sent her your video and she said it made her homesick. She and her hubby speak Assamese rather than Hindi bit they do speak some. They also speak perfect English.

Welcome to Assam. Please come to upper Assam. Namaste 🙏
You can go to Guwahati River-front (with a fee or Starbucks, you will understand once you are there) for the river view and sunset! Don't miss Upper Assam tea districts (try a garden bungalow) and ethnic villages such as Nam Phake, etc.! National parks are close at the moment though! Try few archaeological sites such as Madan Kamdev or Deopahar, etc. Try Sivasagar Ahom palaces........Charaideo Moidams (royal burial mounds).................

Definitely go to Meghalaya, you should see the living root bridges. Also go to some of the caves, they have one filled with fossils in the walls you can see. If you want to try the village life your more than welcome to stay at our house in the riangdo area. We are in the USA and will be retiring in a few years to the village. The views of the rice fields are amazing.

If want to see the great festival of Bihu then you have to visit in upper Assam Sivasagar. But this is summer season. Bihu allready finished. Now all are become busy cultivation. Sad your views & comments have come down whereas Harry Jaggard has gone in another level with whom you started your vlogging career. i think it's because your vlogs are more like formality and not spicy like how Harry or Bald & Bankrupt or Herald Baldr does. People need something special to give attention. Otherwise, who would believe the sugary milk shake that you had was tasty when you have access to some of the best restaurants in US & Europe or anyone wanting to walk through the dirty stinking roads filled with cattle of India? You are not dramatizing it but everyone wants to see drama and action of-course within safety limits. So you need to rethink your strategy. Indians are not used to the niceness. When you did that also it looked like you are trying to force yourself to play holi etc. There is no learning and gradual enjoyment. It looks like you are faking it by overdoing it. While others also like see fake things as it is also drama but then repeatedly no one likes to see it. Tried to explain to help you that you have to change your persona before camera my friend or get in to some other type of content like Herald's one (he has matured over age & now he is a self made entertainer). 🙂 If you see Harry, he is pure evil in many of his comments and approach which people like to watch. You are just nice person and good guys finish last. Same things. it always looks like you are out of your comfort zone & forcing to do things and you are too formal in your interactions everywhere.
