3. Completely forgot to talk about the strawberry which I think (and as plenty of you pointed out) is Chuu's actual fruit. The strawberry was a symbol for Venus/Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love, because of its heart shapes and red colour.

Also I should’ve gotten the whole Chuu imagining the evening with Yves thing right away I figured by her Apple turning red it signified her fall but really it just signifies her delusion that she thinks her green Granny apples are the red ones. That shows the start or her delusions and when Haseul Wakes her up it’s green again! Idk how I missed it the first time lol

I don’t think Yves is ignoring Chuu. I think Yves can’t SEE Chuu until she bites the apple, making her enter Yves’ “world/universe.” I think what happens at the end supports this theory (Chuu not seeing HaSeul but HaSeul seeing Chuu) in order for Chuu to see HaSeul she should’ve never eaten the apple. (Messy but im trying) also I read the Little Match Girl story in elementary school ;-;

I was so upset by the ending until I read this. I’m happy again.;; It makes sense, imagine Chuu crushing on Yves since the Eden days, so when she got out from there, Chuu was trying to follow her still; but her apples being green instead of red, would’ve meant that she wasn’t ready to follow Yves just yet. That’s why at the very end it turned red and she finally got to meet Yves.
I guess that makes sense. Chuu never acknowledged Haseul's presence and looks around like she can't see anyone. Also, Choerry travels to like a different dimension after she eats the cherry in love cherry motion so fruits granting interdimensional travel isn't a stretch. If we're going with the mirror world/mobius strip theory, green and red are complementary so maybe Chuu entered the mirror world where Yves was when she bit it and the apple turned red.
Wait, okay. So basically, if Yves can't see Chuu until she bites the apple, that probably means Yves has already fallen from Eden. Does that mean in Love4eva, maybe Olivia couldn't see Yves, Chuu, and Gowon, and vice versa?

just noticed- in one of the bus scenes, chuu is outside the bus struggling to keep up on a bike. this could signify how chuu feels like an outsider and is trying to keep up and fit in with the older, more mature girls. also note the symbolism of a BUS vs a BIKE- buses are associated with a teen's education/learning and growing up, whereas bikes are more commonly associated with children playing.
Also, the scene at 9:51 Yves is using Apple iPhone? and out of their 100 models Its 5c peach color which is chuu color
Personally, I think if we go by the possible "Yves was Vivi's crush in the flipped world" theory, then this makes Chuu Yeojin's frog-man. Not only does she wear a similar outfit, but there are scenes where the frog can be seen copying/constantly following Yeojin. Just like how Chuu is doing with Yves--I mean, boys/men also sometimes become infatuated with their own idols in their life too.
To me this makes more sense than Chuu simply just BEING Yeojin. Yves doesn't seem to have a counterpart in the flipped world, she is, however, in LOVE with someone from the flipped world.
Also, I was so happy when I found out Chuu really IS The Little Match Girl. When I watched her trailer I got that feeling, but I thought it was far-fetched! That was, until I watched the MV! Lol

I love this theory, mine is that the same way Yves represents Eve, Chuu represents Adam. In most of this mv they were both in Eden, and Yves was ignoring Chuu, perhaps because she was already wanting to leave. In the scene where Chuu is watching Yves from the outside, I believe Yves had already bit the apple and been cast out of Eden. Chuu, still in Eden, decided to follow her and then they could be together.
oooooh! Just combining the theory from the video along with this, when Chuu ate the apple, she finally falls from Eden. As she fell, she probably was imagining all of the fun she would have with Yves once she was on earth with her again. And then when Haseul wakes up Chuu, she's arrived, and probably goes out to try and find Yves.
If Chuu represent Adam maybe the next girl will represent Adam's first wife Lilith.
When Chuu bites the apple it turns red, meaning the apple matured. But this can also mean a reference that she also matured since before bitting it, she always used apples seen in the whole mv because of Yves. But after she did we can see strawberries meaning herself. I think this means she matured and found her own "personality" instead of always following Yves' one with her apples. Anyways this may be just part of her visions and actually she's still the same little girl who idolices Yves when she wakes up... maybe?
Also, when she gets back up at the end, she doesn't pick the apple up either. So maybe she no longer needs it because she has begin to unlock her own powers
I may be a little late to the party, and idk if any of the comments mentioned this - but I noticed that sometimes Yves looked at Chuu, signifying that maybe she went between earth and Eden a few times before properly falling - maybe due to her obsession with Yves?
Also, the apple turned red as Chuu are it, perhaps signifying both her fall and her becoming mature - like you said a green apple was unripe?

ok so me and my friend talked about this mv and she told me someone in twitter have a theory that LOONA is living in some kind of time loop. i don't actually knows how they interpreted(?) it but here's my theory about this + the thories i've read in various sources so far:
the events that took place in Heejin's up until Vivi's MV were chronological, and all of them (LOONA 1/3) are in this/our world, that's why we can see them in various cities across the world.
But then somehow Vivi (in her Everyday I Need You MV) found and brought JinSoul here, even though OEC isn't supposed to be here (a lot of people thought OEC are like 'the guardians' of all LOONA members). That also somehow made KimLip & Choerry came too. They had to 'activate' their own odd eye first before they can gather and be guardians again. That's why in their solo mv's they each danced to eclipse, sang in the rain and ate the cherry. Then in the Girl Front MV they met and then started to find other members.
Back to the timeloop theory. Well now, when OEC came and gathers is the time that i think when the timeloop loops. Just like a circle/the mobius strip, the time made a circle and made a new chronological order that is the opposite of LOONA 1/3 time. an easy example if you're confused is Heejin's MV is at 12 AM, while Vivi's MV is at 12 PM. but when we start 12 AM again (which is Yves' MV) it's actually the same time with Vivi's MV. and (i guess) the last member's MV will took place at the same time with Heejin's MV. so it's like the clock is going backwards, but it's still chronological- in a new and opposite way. and the 12 AM of the last sub-unit's time started when Yves came down from Eden; where the last 4 members is supposed to be.
That's why people say Yves' and Vivi's rolling skate scene in Yves' MV is the same with the scene of Vivi's Everyday I Love You MV, because it happens at the same time- but with different perspectives. And then after Yves left heaven, Chuu tries to follow her (in Heart Attack MV)- and that happens at the same time with The Carol's events. Yeojin's time have somehow passed between Yves's leaving Eden and Chuu trying to leave as well. And why did Haseul know Chuu while Chuu doesn't? I think it's because Chuu just fell down from Eden and now confused about the new world (aka ours) just like how OEC was.
Well that was so long HAHA kudos for everyone who reads all the way down!! I edited this because i just realized i didn't came up with all if those theories myself but i've read it from lots if places like YT videos & comments, Twitter and Instagram! so yeah just summing up what i agree on so far. Thanks! ^^
Some additional notes:
• It also seems that SCL's MV is the prequel of their solo mvs, how they're all confused and don't know what to do, stratching and trying to somewhat heal their unactived odd eye.
• Then Choerry seems to managed her 'itchy' odd eye and met two of LOONA 1/3 members (Haseul & Yeojin) and thought that she is one of them. So Jinsoul who already activated her odd eye had to remind her of OEC by giving her the cherry cake; and took her to the mirrors, that i think is like the connection of all members (there were 12 mirrors and remember OEC is the guardians?)
• Someone also pointed out (i also read this on twitter) why Choerry, Vivi and Yves can gather together in 'new' and The Carol 2.0: because they all have things in common. They were all the last members of their sub units that's announced. Yes, Yves is the first one, but they went backwards, remember? So the last unit is the opposite of the first and Yves is kind of the last member that's announced of her sub-unit.

*ADDITIONAL THEORIES ABOUT TO BE ADDED*
Isn’t it also possible that Chuu is the girl running around OEC? It could be another case of BBC thinking Chuu was going to be the 9th girl much like how Jinsoul thought she was going to be the 6th girl but ended up being the 7th despite appearing in ViVi’s mv. Because Yves moved to the company back in October and blew everyone out of the water. Chuu could have been the girl running around OEC in loonatic and hanging out with them on LoonaTV during the max and match era.
I’m still trying to figure out how and why some of the girls are invisible to each other. Because right now, the loonaverse apparently takes place in two parallel worlds, the 1/3 one and the OEC one, with eden being a potential other world or some sort of afterlife like heaven (since the last unit have to fall from eden in order to join loona) and right now, it seems that the four remaining girls may be landing on different sides (with Chuu landing on the 1/3 side and Yves landing on the OEC side since she interacted with Choerry and a pre Android ViVi ((who looks as if she was originally from the OEC side)) ). My main point about the invisible girls is this: is girl 11 or 12 going to be revealed to be the one who pulled out Jinsoul’s earphone in sweet crazy love? Or will it be revealed in the unit who does this?
(One final note about the invisible girls, I think choerry is the only visible girl since she’s had the most interactions with members, with Kim lip and jinsoul in her subunit, haseul and yeojin in LCM, yves giving her the apple, and trying to find Hyunjin at the Ferris wheel (which was the last place we saw hyunjin via the sometime mv). The only one she hasn’t interacted with is heejin (and Chuu of course). Also I think jinsoul said in an interview that Choerry was the link to connecting loona. (And back to the world things, I just remembered that choerry was probably originally from 1/3 world before being pulled by jinsoul in OEC) )
And one final comment overall. If Chuu is the little match girl, does that make Haseul the grandmother since she’s the one who wakes her up? Just mentioning it for funzies since at this point she’s the mother of the group, but what if it’s symbolic of something? Like her introducing Chuu to the world of Loona?
I know it's already obvious but I came back to tell you that your theory about 11th/12th girl either one of them is the one who took Jinsoul's earphones out in SCL is possible. Since yep, the 12th girl, Olivia Hye. In her Egoist MV. We can see that Jinsoul's doing the same thing which is (taking off earphones) to another girl that could possibly be Olivia. It's amazing and scary at the same time how some theories are somehow actually accurate and correct and that won't leave us hanging and confused with all our misinterpret or wrong theories. You know, like other groups does. There are accurate theories but are they the right one? No. Because after the next series or scenes are revealed. Theories started to change again. And I thank BBC and LOONA for giving us hard time with theories but atleast we're still somehow accurate and on the same page with what are they trying to tell us. ♡
related thing to loona uniting:
since the LOOΠ∆verse is like a möbius strip, with 1/3 at the bottom, OEC in the middle, yyxy on the top, the yyxy girls have to eat their fruits to fall from eden, oec has access to both eden and earth because they're in the middle, and 1/3 stays at the bottom. they unite because of that procedure.
haseul appearing in chuu's mv is really hard to find out why she's there. for some reason, she's holding shopping bags. she might be shopping for Christmas presents for 1/3 (the carol)
No,I think the girl running, "revolving" around OEC is Yves. If you watch carefully,you'll see that the girl stole the cassette player,and later,in "new",Yves used it to show us,to rewind what actually happened between her and ViVi.
I saw a theory in a spanish-group that post a photo that bbc post when Loona1/3 came out, explaining the name of the unit; "3 (Heejin, Hyunjin and Haseul), / (Yeojin) and 1 (ViVi)" [The real LOONA 3/1].
So now, when we have OEC and Yves with Chuu the LOONAline came like this:
LOONA3/1 > ODD EYE CIRCLE < 1/3ANOOL
Making OEC the "glass-vision like" (idk how to say it in english) that reflects the first and the last unit.
Now, the "1" of the first unit (ViVi) gets reflected to he last unit "1" that is Yves (we just saw it in the Yves' video, when ViVi's appearance). But, in the first unit we have 5 members and in the last 4. What happened?.
It sounds crazy but you know that YeoJin and HaSeul are so connected like a mom-daughter relationship and they get reflected as one member "Chuu", the child-look girl (YeoJin) and connected with HaSeul at the end of the video like Yves and ViVi.
That means that the next gril will be connected with Hyunjin, probably the "tiger" that we saw in the map of Girl Front video. And the last girl could be connected with HeeJin.

i have some comments that are not so much related to theories on the loonaverse, but metatextual stuff that i think is interesting as well.
re: your point on at 7:58 about illusion and reality: it can further be supported by the scene at 6:30 where yves looks into the camera - both the mv camera and presumably chuu's camera too. there's likely a deliberate point being made about the interpretation/digestion of reality through a camera lens. i'd like to suggest you take a look at John Berger's 'Ways of Seeing' if you're interested in the topic.
ALSO. regarding 8:29, your point about chuu copying yves: i find it notable that she is watching a /video/ of yves, and then copying her. the camera that chuu uses is very clearly one of those 'bazooka cameras' used by k-fansites - chuu is 'consuming' the image of yves the way that fans consume kpop idols as a commodity, which... interestingly, chuu doesn't get to consume/eat her apple while it's green, and only after it's a red apple does she take a bite. later at 9:38, chuu chasing after yves on her bike... yeah, also reminiscent of fans chasing after idols from schedule to schedule.
10:13 - i believe the running around yves also ties in with the lyrics at that point in the mv which go "All of my standards are set to you / Like the moon spinning around the earth"
it's interesting how yves ignores chuu offering her the apple regardless of her style of approach (aggressively, shyly, on bended knee). and it's only when yves /takes/- takes the first bite of the apple that she gets what she wants (the hallucinations/visions of happiness with yves)... but wait, all these are only hallucinations, right- making it nearly a direct counterpoint to yves who in her mv boldly ate her apple (many apples, even...). i can't make sense of the relationship between yves' apple-eating-as-rebellion and chuu's apple-eating-as-fleeting-and-imagined-happiness but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ maybe you can make something out of it, if apples appear in the next mv.
Also @ 8:27 we see someone on the floor lying down, kinda like Yves at the end of her music video. I don't know why but I feel like this happenes because it's a form of punishment for leaving Eden, that or they wasted all their energy that they just pass out. Who knows? Just thought it was something interesting to point out.

oh my god you are like spot on with the little things to be noted in the video. good job honestly. i did a bit of looking too and here are just some things that i noticed as well:
8:19 where chuu peaks through a hole in the apple could be a reference to another work of rene which is the son of man
8:28 where she hugs the apple is then to 11:10 - 11:11 where she kicks the apple in frustration i suppose. clearly she has an agenda to make yves bite the green apple. but it confuses me as to why she would do that or maybe the apple is just a literal symbol for chuu's innocent "unripe" heart idk.
9:30 shows 9 candles possibly referring to yves
9:52 where yves is holding a phone with a peach colored case which is the color of chuu. also i've noticed that the clock in the practice/dance room seem to be stuck at 6:10 (approx.) so i also assume that time is frozen or time is disoriented.
also, one *unlikely* theory that i can suggest would be that one of the universe in this multiverse is actually Eden or heaven. in the context of the multiverse theory, then heaven or eden could be just be in earth and there would be things that would remain fundamentally consistent in every universe, but interestingly there would be a few things that are different in each universe.
my take on this: after haseul (who is an earthling lol) discovered the plane in iceland (that could possibly be a portal that allowed her to see different universes) she then is able to see eden.
yves (someone from eden/heaven) can also see through multiple universes because of the apple (similar to jinsoul's cherry).
the reason why chuu can't see haseul in the end was because she hasn't really bit the red apple per se. actually in the video you can assume that she *imagines that she was biting the red apple instead of the green apple that she has* but in the end where she was lying down in the snow, the apple stays green-- chuu is still stuck in one perspective of one universe which is Eden.

I’m thinking Chuu is still stuck in Eden as well.
My interpretation of this MV is that chuu is actually the snake and Yves is eve, that this MV is a prequel to Yves's MV, chuu is constantly trying to offer yves the forbidden fruit because in this mv yves is innocent and less rebellious than her own mv. She ignores chuu bscause she knows that she's not allowed to eat it. Also that the love is more romantic than what BBC say, at the end I believe she "accepts" chuu's feelings and thats one of the leading reasons Yves rebelled against god, because homosexuality is a sin and god forbid it, thats why at the end of the MV chuu is alone in the dark because Yves was to scared to rebel against god. But in Yves MV she rebels and has a "relationship" with Vivi
Edit: at the end on the MV when haseul wakes chuu up could mean that haseul and the girls from 1/3 unit could travel through different parts of the loonaverse like choerry. Because choerry said in an interview with the OEC that her animal the bat can travel through the Loonaverse. But unlike choerry you can't see them. Thats why you see them in other mv's like OEC's girl front and Yves's new, there trying to look for the girls and try to get to go the the garden of eden but I don't I might be stretching a bit
at the same time though, new exists since chuu is copying things from the mv, meaning yves may have already rebelled? still i really like the idea of this being a prequel, and chuu being one of the reasons why yves was banished

From the moment we found that the last group kinda mirrors the first, I wondered if they would leave out a member since there's 5 in 1/3, but I think that Chuu mirrors both YeoJin and HaSeul, and that makes me very happy~ because of all the links you already mentioned to YeoJin, and the links to the Carol and HaSeul showing up, the December girls~ it's really cute actually :>

it's kinda making me sad how many people are insisting it's not a romantic (cough, gaaaaaay) love tho lol... ofc BBC themselves are unlikely to come out and say "yes it's big gay!!" but damn. It's not a *serious* love. That's what the MV says. It's not *serious* because it's a one sided infatuation, and Yves and Chuu clearly haven't actually interacted - so Chuu's currently just "in love" with the image of Yves. I've been there. So many people have. That doesn't mean it's not a romantic attraction ...it's just not a serious love, that stems from getting to truly know somebody. whoops sorry that's not a rant against you or anyone in particular, I just had that on my mind and no outlet for it lol. It's important to me because I think the theme of someone being in love with just the image of who they think someone is, without knowing the real person, is a really good lesson? Like, not even to say that's a bad thing, just to make people be aware of themselves if they feel this way. Because I was super in love with the image of someone for like, years, and it wasn't a *bad* thing, people just need to have a healthy understanding and outlet of their feelings!! I feel like Chuu's love is unrequited (which is shown in many scenes; Yves always ignoring Chuu and never accepting any gifts/confessions of Chuu's) and human Vivi is who Yves ultimately fell in love with /crushed on. Aside from that, a main theme of Chuu is her constantly vying for the girl's attention (if she is the girl revolving around OEC) and getting completely ignored- I would think that would link her to being the snake, trying to tempt them all but there hasn't been any big tell that Chuu's connected to that/

I WANNA ADD A NEW THING REALLY QUICKLY!! Okay so Chuu’s MV was inspired by the Little Match Girl which is a classic fairytale. But also, a lot of the girls have had fairytale concepts or can have comparisons drawn to them. Examples i can think of off the top of my head are haseul and the little prince (her boy photos), yeojin and the frog prince (obviously) and jinsoul and the little mermaid (cause she turned into the fish in the end and just generally looks like a mermaid) BUT IS IT POSSIBLE TO DRAW A COMPARISON TO ALL THE GIRLS MVS TO FAIRYTALES/FABELS/STORIES?
My friend nothing is impossible in the Loonaverse. I'm sure if your try hard enough you can find some sort of fairytale related to each girls' MVs! Let us know once you do 😊

What if the stories for the 3rd subunit goes backwards? Coz of the whole mobius loop thing. Like Yves' video is the last event to occur chronologically? So maybe through the persistence of Chuu offering her apples to Yves she finally gives in and bite it.
In relation to Chuu possibly being Yeojin's counterpart based on Yeojin's Kiss Later MV, I noticed something but it could very possibly be me overthinking HAHAHA. So anyway, BBC has been making biblical references about Chuu and Yves having fallen from Eden and what I found interesting was the fact that Yeojin's Kiss Later MV starts off with 3 men presenting her with gifts, very much alike to a part in the Bible where infant Jesus was presented with gifts by 3 wise men. IDK where I'm getting at but here's just a little something I thought was worth sharing hehehe.
actually doesn't that feel like a flipped version of the golden apple story? in the three men/princes one it's 3 men competing to see whose gift the girl will accept, whereas in Paris and the golden apple it's the man/boy with 1 golden apple and 3 goddesses competing to see who he'll give it to. that fits so nicely into the whole 1/3 and yyxy mirror worlds thing

Theory is, Yves is not ignoring Chuu, just unable to see her. It would make sense because it follows the Magritte's theme of the room between the illusion and reality, which is the only room where Yves can see and reciprocate Chuu's affection. Throughout the video we see Yves responding at some of Chuu's actions outside the room too, like whenever she's pointing the camera or running around Yves in circles, which would mean that even though she can't see Chuu she can at least sense her. Kind of the feeling we get in Sweet Crazy Love and Singing in the Rain, where Jinsoul can sense someone watching and messing with her even though she can't see who it is (probs Gowon tbh). However, when Chuu bites into the apple (which turns red symbolising Yves' fruit), much like Choerry, she is able to cross to another plane of the loonaverse, which is in this case Yves' reality. That's why we can see them being all fluffy and happy towards the end, but like Choerry the fruit only provides some time to cross to a different reality which would explain why Chuu was brought back to her own reality. This theory also sustains the fact that Chuu ignores Haseul, she can't see her, just like Yves couldn't see Chuu.
Finally, I think Chuu and Yves actually stayed in the same reality just like it happened with Choerry and OEC, that's why we see the penguin and baby swan together at the very end. Which would be the first connection to Loona's 3/3, this is where Gowon comes in... the bells at the end of this video are the same bells at the beginning of Gowon's teasers. Well played, Loona.
Fun little easter egg -- the earrings that Chuu was wearing when she was outside (13:39 , 13:14 ) they are the same earrings that HyunJin wore in London (i think) When i saw the teaser fro Heart attack i saw the earrings and i was like omg i've seen that somewhere and and one day i was like OMG that's where it was from... lol

I've known LOONA since Haseul's intro, but I never bothered much about these theories about the LOONAVERSE. But after Chuu's intro, I felt that they are hinting about something from her vid. (And everytime I rewatched it, it leaves uneasiness inside me srsly.) So I decided to watch this video and damn my mind is just so blown right now. You deserve a like and sub. I looooove your theory! One thing: Perhaps she´s also watching Yves from afar cause she´s still in Eden while Yves is already on earth. I think she falls from Eden out of her desire to be with Yves....though that wouldn´t really make sense with "The little match girl" story.

Maybe it has to do with the Mobius strip theme? Like, in the original tale, the little girl goes to heaven to be with her grandmother (the one she loves), but since Chuu is presumably living in Eden while Yves has already fallen to earth, she needs to fall down too in order to be with the one she loves. In summary, in the "normal" world she would have needed to ascend to heaven, but as she is currently living in the mirrored world, the upside down version, maybe thats why she needs to fall instead, since ascending and falling are opposites!! I don't know if that makes actual sense??

Welcome! Happy you could join us! And yes I have noticed and people have pointed it out. I didn't mention it in the video as it would make it longer than it already is. My interpretation for it is that it's similar to Yves biting the apple. She gained knowledge and rejected Eden. Notice that after she bit it she had visions and in it she was eating strawberries which we believe maybe her real fruit. The apple turning red may also mean that she has matured after she bit it (similar to Yves) since the green apple could be interpreted as an unripe apple.

I actually do think it is a romantic love story of the first real love, but i agree to all of what you said in the music video.
Those are just my two cents. I have just found this song and didnt know Choo/Loona before so i have no idea about references to other music videos. I think this video is portraying the first ever crush. I dont know why they chose two girls for it, a bit of research told me that the LGBTQ community in korea is highly connected to this song. More to that later.
I will also include the lyrics, i cant speak korean so i rely on the subtitles but the first line is "the day we first met, inside my quiet heart". So this isnt the first day she met Yves, its the first day her love sparked. And it was the first time she felt it, her heart has been quiet before. " as if a new world has opened" confirms this. This also fits to your eden/earth theory. "The fact that i took a step towards you first, lets me find myself that i didnt even know". Choo is ACTIVE here, " i took a step", and she is about to "find herself". She is basically in the process of growing up and becoming who she really is. In other words: she is leaving childhood. Many describe childhood as paradise - Yves has already left (shes on earth) and Choo is about to. That is why Yves ignores her, she thinks Choo is just a child. Another thing is her book "aphrodite means death" . Aphrodite is the godess of love - and if love makes you grow up it means death to the person you were as a child. (Spoiler: this is the match girl that died)
Choo is 100% self focused, the refrain says: "i will give it all, take my heart". First her actions disregarding of Yves, then an order. She isnt looking at Yves, she is only focused on herself. Also " you are my destiny" as in: you are mine. A childish claim of property. And this is where it transitions into the " listening room". The picture is by Réne Margritte. Another picture you showed was the one that said "Ceci n'est pas une pomme", french for " this is not an apple". Réne plays with perception - what is real, what do we SEE and what is THERE - it clearly is an apple, we see it, round, green... Its an apple. But on the other hand it is also not. You cant eat it. Another, more popular version is "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" - "this is not a pipe". Id say if you compare an apple to a pipe an apple is way less mature than a pipe - just to meniton it.
All of this is connected to listening. She does, or lets say she tries. She starts to listen to herself. This is the reason why Yves doesnt ignore her anymore - she can reasonate with her better now. But Choo still does project it only on herself. In one scene the apple changes to a green mirror. Its not there for her to practice, it represents her projection and instead of listening to the paradoxes around her she looks at herself. She manages to " look through the apple" - but its still there. She even hugs it - she loves the big, mysterious apple in the room ("what thrill feels like").
Later she sings "dripped inside my white heart, and made it red". Red, not green. Red is the matured apple(or the strawberry).
And now the last part - the window. Suddenly she doesnt look purely at herself anymore. She looks at Yves. She is standing outside in the snow and lets be honest - nothing better than a warm room while cold snow is outside. She loves it, its not a thrill, its more mature. What she feels is " heart warming". Her words also changed - now she "finds her hidden feelings". (Still " my destiny" though).
Back in the listening room again she then continues hugging the apple, but rather in a melancholic way. She also kicks it in the room. Suddenly the apple is in her way.
Continuing with the window - she realizes the apple isnt, in the way. The apple is part of it and nothing to get rid off. The concept of Réne are highly abstract. Its both an apple and not an apple. Choo is both blinded by her first real love as well as her eyes are opened. Yves isnt responsible for her, she needs to find herself alone (therefore giving Yves the apple is useless). She turns away fromYves for a short time and eats the apple. That way she isnt blinded anymore. The apple is still there, of course, she ate it, but its also NOT there, i mean she ate you you know? And THIS is where she matures and it turns red. Not by looking at Yves, just by dealing with her own reality in a way she never thought of before she grows up and she does experience real romantic love. She lit the matches and now she sees what she needs to do to get Yves.
The first line is "its getting clearer". It continues with " WE are destiny" and "it shines fully tonight" (not only in her childish heart). And in the MV they are both seen together, both active. Choo continues with "I fall deeper into you", now her love is romantic and stronger than ever before. " this must be what sweet addiction is". Before it was thrill - temporarily, unnecessarily harsh and disturbing. Now it is calm (sweet), long lasting and deep.
And this is when the match girl or Child Choo died. Just like in the story she invisioned what will happen, but didnt experience it anymore. The one who experiences it will be Grown Up Choo.
The last scene is difficult for me since i dont know the group. There were so many references to other MVs im sure this is one as well. But fitting it to my own interpretation: Choo still looks young and the other girl mature. It could be representing Grown Up Choo. Child Choo ignores her, she doesnt understand her. And just like the little match girl that died "without anyone knowing what she experiences" Choo turns around and leaves.
Grown Up Choo looks back over her shoulder one time. She looks at the path she took, how she grew up. And then also she turns around and leaves but in the other direction. The apple remains, theres no need for it anymore, everything has been sorted out.
I could go on ENDLESSLY, how korea is still homophobic in many aspects which might explain why they choose the story of Adam and Eve for it (falling in love with a girl for Choo as a sin) - i think she even said once that she represents Adam - or that eating the apple to "solve" Rénes paradox (at least in my interpretation) is AWESOME HOLY - that flashed me tbh - but look at this wall of text... I will end it here.

Ik I'm late but I can't help but point out Yves's and Chuu's animals at the bottom left corner of the window. I think this shows that Yves finally accepts Chuu. It just looks so adorable.
I also think Loona will debut in May bc if we follow the pattern they've had, it's Heejin, Hyunjin, Haseul, Yeojin (4 months), 2 months for Loona 1/3 promotions, then Vivi, Kimlip, Jinsoul, Choerry (4 more months) and then 2 months of OEC promotions (without counting august as they said they would take a break after working nonstop since september 2016 (yeah bc heejin was at least prepared for 1 month before her october debut)) and then it'll be Yves, Chuu, 11th member (January), 12th member (February) and then 2 months of Unit promotions (March and April) and maybe May they will debut as a whole, maybe June or maybe later for a better whole group debut, we also have to think about Heejin and Hyunjin being on Mixnine, they have been in the top 9 ever since the first oficial ranking and I don't think they'll go down there, so if they do debut (if the girls' team wins) then that would push back Loona's debut as a whole group

Maybe this could tell why she didn't really acknowledge Haseul, and Haseul is already mature so she didn't really acknowledge Chuu too much when she woke her up she turned around and left. As you grow up you start to care less*
*Maybe they're telling us that when Chuu supposedly "Dies" in the MV, She didn't die physically a part of her died, maybe her obsession and love for Yves did*
