Baby Lock Euphoria. Setting up and threading my new coverstitch. Plus coverstitching in the round!

My new coverstitch arrived. The BabyLock Euphoria . I thought you might enjoy seeing the unboxing and set up. I show you how to thread it and hem a pair of PJS with the coverstitch in the round with the fabric guide accessory.
The Euphoria coverstitch joins my other BabyLock machines, Triumph serger and the Brilliant sewing machine.
I have many video tutorials on serging. I will continue to add to these with techniques on the coverstitch as well.

Thanks Chris for this informative video. I’ve been on the fence too long, thinking about a coverstitch machine. I’m very happy with my current serger but I do need to update my sewing machine. My question is, can the Euphoria sew a straight stitch on one needle? I’m thinking my update could include sewing machine and coverstitch in one machine. Do you have any thoughts on that? I have seen others say that all in one coverstitch machines are a real faff to re-thread all the time, but that doesn’t worry me as I’m old school and got used to threading my original serger.

You can do a single chain stitch on the euphoria but I would not use it for construction necessarily. A chain stitch is very easy to remove so it is awesome for basting.

Hi Nancy, yes I sure am. I have so many ideas and videos planned in my head and so much sewing that sometimes other subjects come up that need to get posted first. I will be getting to each one over this year. Thanks for asking and watching.
