I loved seeing Bibi have so much fun. He was in his glory tearing into those packages. I felt sorry for him being scolded because no one told him not to open those gifts. He could not have known. He doesn't have anything else to play with in this house. I think there are toys for dogs where a bit of food can be hidden inside, and the dog needs to figure out how to open it to get the food. Perhaps there is something of the sort that Bibi could entertain himeself with. He is bored. He needs some challenging toys to play with. I loved watching his tenacity with getting those packages open. Such fun!
Oh please. No one told him not to open the gifts? Really? Has anyone told him not to open the kitchen cupboard or refrigerator or the closet door? And, the camera person was there the entire time. Who do you think told him which box to grab. Of course, everything under the tree is fake presents. Because after Bibi found food in the first box, of course he would go back for more.

I smiled and laughed watching BiBi opening presents because he was in his most authentic moment, being a little monkey! Monkeys can make a mess, just as Nature intended. Watching him behave so naturally, I could almost hear his heart sing. BiBi will never be a human little boy. And is that what we want for him? I wish for him a happy life, being allowed to be as natural as he possibly can within the constraints of a human world. Peace to all.

You just learned the lesson about Never putting out the gifts until that night. The kids only see the gifts when they wake up on Christmas morning. Parents hide them until then. Kids will get into them. BiBi is just doing what other kids do every year. You can Not leave a kid alone with gifts. It is far to much temptation for them. Lol.
My Mom told me when I was very young ,around 7 or 8, I would seek out in the middle of the night to look at what I was getting. She said she would hide in the hallway and watch me. I would open the gift look at it and close it right back up without leaving a sign.

Poor baby Bibi, he doesn't know when Santa's gifts should be open. He only knows that they're all gifts for him so yeah why not open them. Daddy was so kind and was right to let Bibi know what was wrong with his behavior but next time it might be a better idea to hide the gifts until it's time when Bibi can have them. It's what we do for our human children, hiding their gifts until Christmas day. We do this for their birthday as well. I love Bibi and his parents are the best! Kids will get into them. BiBi is just doing what other kids do every year. You can Not leave a kid alone with gifts. It is far to much temptation for them. Lol.
My Mom told me when I was very young ,around 7 or 8, I would seek out in the middle of the night to look at what I was getting. She said she would hide in the hallway and watch me. I would open the gift look at it and close it right back up without leaving a sign.

Poor baby Bibi, he doesn't know when Santa's gifts should be open. He only knows that they're all gifts for him so yeah why not open them. Daddy was so kind and was right to let Bibi know what was wrong with his behavior but next time it might be a better idea to hide the gifts until it's time when Bibi can have them. It's what we do for our human children, hiding their gifts until Christmas day. We do this for their birthday as well. I love Bibi and his parents are the best!
