Hi Erica! Lightning McQueen tends to come out every single day at DCA. They usually alternate him with Mater. Hope that helps! A buddy pass can be found at various rides. All you would need to do is ask the cast member in front of the ride if that ride offers buddy pass. Typically it allows you and the little ones to fill in certain rides. Hope that makes sense!
