PIXY always produces such interesting music and this whole album was full of textures and sounds that will rob me of many hours in the coming weeks. I cannot recommend them enough. 🦋💫 Such great performances and personalities, and conceptually still my favorite group to date.
The threads are literally the person's life, in the chorus they make it clear by saying that they're playing the part of the moirai, figures of Greek mythology commonly known as 'The Fates' or '3 Fates', the ones who decide when a life ends and then cuts the persons string to execute (pun intended) their will/fate (with a touch the Asian 'red thread of fate' considering they made them all red, probably to make the moirai sisters reference clearer to their Korean audience since even if you don't know Greek mythology, you can still get the gist if you know the threads are tied to a person/soul's fate/life)
All their names are hidden within the lyrics of the song. New official positions of them are: DIA - Leader, Main Vocal LOLA - Main Rapper SUA - Vocal DAJEONG - Lead Vocal RINJI - Main Dancer, Sub Vocal, Maknae
I am so glad that you got this up! Pixy really is such a wondrous group with aesthetics, themes and sound that always gets a hold of me. I certainly count myself as a Winxy, but maybe I should start actually sharing and promoting more of them, because they really are a bit underrated 😢
6:37 i think this part would be a lot better if they had chosen to sing on a lower key ngl i think the high pitched tone doesnt really match, i can hear a few adblids sung on a lower key and i think it would be better if they made those louder and the high key ones lower :// other than that i absolutely love the song It seems like karma is not a song but a mix of 2 songs on the album (flip a coin and hide and seek) just like a coin with 2 sides. I would rather 5 new songs instead of 4 new songs and 1 mix of two because while you are listening to the albums it gives the impression that you are listening to the same song 3 times even tho thats not true. Some people actually thought it was all the same song. But i love both those song individually and i dont hate the mix at all tbh, they fit very well together
I don't like parts of it. I like the chorus. If this is a mix of two songs, then I'll probably like one more than the other. The parts I'm not a fan of isn't because it's bad, it's fine, it's just not the sound I'm looking for. They seem to be straying from the darker sounds of Wings, Addicted, Bewitched.

If you liked the chorus, listen to "Flip A Coin". "Falling" also has a dark synthpop/synthwave sound
This fits well with bewitched because bewitched was also a less loud and aggressive Sound
afaik this is their last instalment of The Dark City so we've yet to see what will follow ❤
