A very desirable place as a first move to Japan.. Light.. airey appearance as a living space and of course the balcony view.. Like the color of the wood cabinets for storage.. everything where it should be. Regards Axel Home
I love that this home feels like it is surrounded by nature with that park right there. This is a large home, with lots of natural light. It is very clean. And rent seems very reasonable! My only criticism is that the camera person does not appear to ever change their shoes for slippers. In every video you submit, we clearly see the realtor change their shoes for slippers but there is only ever one pair of slippers waiting, and one pair of shoes sitting there when they leave.

ここの動画を見ると何故？と思います。あくまで主役は部屋なのであって案内人ではない！ここの動画は案内人が主役となっている。あと、何かにつけて手差し確認してるけど、それ必要か？狭い所なのに案内人が映り込んで、みたい所がみえない！前にもコメントしたけど、同じアクセルホームさんでも千代田店の女の子がやってる紹介動画の方が気持ちよく見れると思います。
