Not much of a team player but he can keep the other team occupied while your team is beaming them. Easy A tier imo. Also Toga will always be S tier in my eyes. Idc what anyone else says. Plus she’s the devs golden child
Survivability alone doesn’t make him A tier though. All of his moves are easy to dodge and easy to read too. We need to look at it from more than one aspect. Toga got knocked into high-mid a the moment they nerfed the beta

I agree, lemillion is A tier, toga is S. If they didn’t make Mirio’s skillset so friendly I think he could be S. They put so much limiters on him to make sure he wasn’t too strong. Like hearing the noise when he’s near you, the delay when using Beta, the visual circle when using beta, the delay after finishing Beta leaving self vulnerable, the Delay when using gamma, not letting gamma shield reflect damage consistently, letting anyone walk in shield, making shield timer drain completely even if using it for 1 second, his alpha being inconsistent, etc. if they were to fix a few those things he’d be too OP I guess
Kendo is that character very few people gave a chance because she started weak, I remember trying her a few days before she had her first buffs cause I loved her melee combos and the jump melee movements. Since then she is my main and I gotta say the best part about the kendo experience are the "respectfull 1v1s" I play a lot of solo mode and there arent many kendo mains currently but when you meet that level 99 kendo player while playing as kendo and end up in that final 1v1 its just amazing. The best memory I have about this is when i was still mastering the character and this other kendo defeated me in the final circle but just dropped a few items and waited for me to heal to fight again, we just kept going like this until the circle was too small, he won most of the fights because he was just better but I actually managed to win the last one, I wanted to give him his deserver win so I dropped the last heals I had and went into storm but he ignored them and went to storm as well, in the end we were both downed spinning in the storm as he died giving me the win. Im so happy of being a kendo main and maybe the fact that the few players that main her are all good is the reason she is finally getting the respect she deserves, and I am proud I contributed in this.

For me I never had an issue with the Kiri Special so i'm not completely sure why they nerfed it so much. So personally for me I'd like it back to what it was. As for buffing Kiri and his normal abilities its hard because if you buff the dmg or give him more bullets it would overtune him imo. Something they did to Kendo which made her a monster was a slight movement speed buff. So it might be intereseting to see if they would do that. But Kiri already has some insane mobility. However he might need it since all his moves are telegraphed.
As a console player, I actually agree with the characters you put in S! Ibara does not feel that crazy at all on console, but I could see why she could be insane on mouse and keyboard. Also, since Overhaul is S tier and new, means many people are playing him, which means Toga can farm his special action infinitely so I'd personally say Toga is S or higher A. Great tier list!
Only thing is toga hard counters overhaul if she can land her gammas. Infinite heals and can even 1v2 and maybe 1v3 depending on how bad the overhaul is

She's not even a bad character but she's probably the "worst" because there's nothing she specifically excels in. Ngl I don’t understand the ibara and kendo placements. Especially ibara. I’ve been playing since the game came out and not once have I ever been pressed by or had trouble dealing with an ibara. I also feel like dodging and outmaneuvering kendo is very easy.

My main is Lemmillion and that's what I'll say. Yes, his attacks are easy to dodge if you attack DIRECTLY. But if there are any walls, buildings, attack in the back and the like, with good possession Mirio is top tier. Even when you can dodge his attacks. you can't do anything else! Also with 9 levels you don't need as many attacks to engage the enemy. Take Stray's video as an example, when at the end of the battle he was 1 vs 3. And there was a moment where Ochako dodged his attacks well, but somehow he beat her! I mean, even if someone can dodge attacks well, that's all they can do. And what can Lemillion do in turn? Counterattack! As soon as the enemy uses his technique, you activate the charged alpha and break through his attack. A special action is also very important, it is a very good way to counterattack and then use a simple alpha. Also you can easily run away when you're low, in turn other opponents don't have that option (except for tsuyu and some others). Another important fact is that the battle is in the air. Once someone is in the air, they became an easy target for Mirio

Only the weird for me is when he talks about the potential of certain characters played at high levels. Tbh all of these have high potential when played right. Toga by nature of her broken cool downs should S. She has access to the entire character pool mid game. Looking at B tier compared to A. It looks like more of a contrarian move than logical. As if characters everyone known as not as strong were put ahead of a lot of the strong characters because of their “potential” but that is goofy and undermines the potential of the strong characters lol. Bro lemillion is A tier at the very least, even if u suck at him and can't hit shit, and ur team dead, u'll still prolly reach top 3 or 2, just from running around with him.
He's not even bad. Dude's been a popular pick since launch and hasn't been nerfed at all, he just has a pretty high skill ceiling and you can't expect to win by braindead spamming one move only. He does struggle against the current meta but that's it, he hasn't changed. He can still cook the majority of the character cast with ease and I still see people winning with him often, even in solos. Like the only reason Strike is considered better is because of his beta being so broken, but Tech literally counters the dude directly and can win most 1v1s against him, Working around traps ensure you're never hugged. Fire wall blocks the alpha And the fireballs can still hit the Strike Dabi if he tries to beta into the air to escape. Tech also just has a much stronger final circle game than Strike. People really act like they haven't been taken down by skilled Tech Dabis before, just because of Strike being so braindead to win with in comparison.

His damage it's kinda unstable, also you can't jus beam down enemis once you see them. If you down someone you gotta go for the finishing attack or stand still launching alphas
Stray struggled to use yellow deku. In his last video, you see that’s some of his least successful gameplay. Many deaths, low kills and low damage combined throughout all the footage, I think a few losses too. I highlight this because he put yellow deku in A tier. I don’t think he struggled because stray is bad, we obviously know he’s one of the best players that makes content. Like top 5. So what does it mean when one of the best players is struggling with a supposedly “Top A-Tier” character. It means it’s total BS and yellow deku isn’t A tier. I’ve been saying this for ever, he needs major buffs to compete with modern characters. “Oh he’s ok if you land all your shots” dude, no one is landing all their shots and many characters dominate without even needing to land have their shots. Many characters of shots that are way easier to land and do tons more damage. The yellow deku delusion is real.
I think the difficulty and practicality should be considered when ranking characters. What’s the actual likely hood of you bringing this character’s potential out? Would it take months of one trick gameplay and you playing absolutely perfectly to dominate with that character? If so, chances are that character actually isn’t that good. Because you can win after training hard with any character, if anything it just highlights their weakness. Buff yellow deku for the love of god.

Tech Dabi is High B Tier, All Might is High A Tier, Ibara and Kendo on Low B Tier, Red Shiggy and Iida are definitely Mid A Tier, Red Bakugo low A Tier (his Alpha Hit Box is weird right now)
As someone who doesn't play on PC I just.. I mean.. I just.. What? I'm just giving the benefit of the doubt and assuming that PC is COMPLETELY different from console and this tier list makes even a single amount of sense. ... But as a console player this list just looks so unfathomably bad.
Overhaul is most certainly not s tier, I'd argue that hes one of the worst in the game. Gamma bug hurts more than help, against anyone spamming their projectiles (almost everyone), you lose your I-Frames to get out of hit stun. Its ONLY good against anyone physically touching you, otherwise it's not very helpful. He has 0 mobility, and if you are using special action to get out of combos, it has the exact problem that Gamma bug has; it doesnt work on anything ranged. He is, defensively speaking, one of the worst if not the worst in the game, in a game where you are very easily touch of death'd.
How could you put Momo, Ibara, Denki, and Iida higher than Strike Shiggy? Dude's buffs made him A- at least and in a late game I think most people would be more worried about dealing with him than them.

Yeah mirio is a character that has a lot of outplay potential, and most of the time you are able to escape if you have a very bad matchup

@@Wizofmincraft It's definitely hard to dodge one of his non charged alphas dude. And yes, unlike his non charged alpha, countering his beta in a 1v1 is easy, that wasn't what I was referring too. I was referring too him being able to hit you through walls with his charged alpha.

Yeah the only thing I have to say about Lemillion is FIX MIRIO BETA. One of the worst beta's in the game. Every time I land it I'm shocked.

He's not even bad. Dude's been a popular pick since launch and hasn't been nerfed at all, he just has a pretty high skill ceiling and you can't expect to win by braindead spamming one move only.
He does struggle against the current meta but that's it, he hasn't changed.
He can still cook the majority of the character cast with ease and I still see people winning with him often, even in solos.
Like the only reason Strike is considered better is because of his beta being so broken, but Tech literally counters the dude directly and can win most 1v1s against him,
Working around traps ensure you're never hugged.
Fire wall blocks the alpha
And the fireballs can still hit the Strike Dabi if he tries to beta into the air to escape.
Tech also just has a much stronger final circle game than Strike.
People really act like they haven't been taken down by skilled Tech Dabis before, just because of Strike being so braindead to win with in comparison.

Stray struggled to use yellow deku. In his last video, you see that’s some of his least successful gameplay. Many deaths, low kills and low damage combined throughout all the footage, I think a few losses too.
I highlight this because he put yellow deku in A tier. I don’t think he struggled because stray is bad, we obviously know he’s one of the best players that makes content. Like top 5. So what does it mean when one of the best players is struggling with a supposedly “Top A-Tier” character.
It means it’s total BS and yellow deku isn’t A tier. I’ve been saying this for ever, he needs major buffs to compete with modern characters. “Oh he’s ok if you land all your shots” dude, no one is landing all their shots and many characters dominate without even needing to land have their shots. Many characters of shots that are way easier to land and do tons more damage. The yellow deku delusion is real.
I think the difficulty and practicality should be considered when ranking characters. What’s the actual likely hood of you bringing this character’s potential out? Would it take months of one trick gameplay and you playing absolutely perfectly to dominate with that character? If so, chances are that character actually isn’t that good. Because you can win after training hard with any character, if anything it just highlights their weakness. Buff yellow deku for the love of god.

@@Sitheonly dude, when I play PC Comp and face the top clan premades, one of their characters is always yellow Deku. You can’t make the point of “no one is landing all their shots” when he has a literal sniper and this game has the most broken aim assist for controllers ever.

Overhaul is most certainly not s tier, I'd argue that hes one of the worst in the game.
Gamma bug hurts more than help, against anyone spamming their projectiles (almost everyone), you lose your I-Frames to get out of hit stun. Its ONLY good against anyone physically touching you, otherwise it's not very helpful. He has 0 mobility, and if you are using special action to get out of combos, it has the exact problem that Gamma bug has; it doesnt work on anything ranged. He is, defensively speaking, one of the worst if not the worst in the game, in a game where you are very easily touch of death'd.
