If you look closely all she's doing is pouring soda into those little cups or molds rather and freezing it. You can do the same thing if you put your soda bottle in the freezer with no lid and then stuck a stick down Intuit and then once it froze cut the bottle away with some scissors and voila you got a Popsicle.
