- The Chi-Ha-Kai is a Japanese Medium Tank with a decent gun and some unique traits.
The Chi Ha Kai is a 2.0 tank with a shoulder stabilised 47mm cannon with a 3.5 second reload. This little gun has a lot of punch for its BR. Unfortunately the tank can't really take a hit its self!
The Chi Ha Kai is probably the strongest Japanese Tank for its BR so it's well worth stopping by to check it out!

When I first started grinding the Japanese tech tree I was disappointed by their vehicles. Then I got this vehicle and it was so eye opening. This things is so amazing I even used it beyond it's usefulness. But even at top tier I can do more damage. The Chi Ha Kai allowed me to keep playing Japan. So for anyone who wants a decent tank with a great gun I can wholeheartedly say pick this tank up

She found out I watch you and Phly and some others, that made my wife curious so we watched some together, I signed up for War Thunder thinking to play but, no, I'm 65 and never was good at computer games. I really enjoy your work, and your voice reminds me of my Scottish Grandmother. Silly I know but the truth. Thanks for what you do!
I actually quite like the Chi-Ha-Kai. I'm not insensible to its faults but it can be surprisingly effective at times. The stabiliser means you can often get the first shot off. An issue I've found though is that there are times when its gun just won't cut it and you end up in a situation where you can't pen your opponent anywhere hes facing you.

The Japanese Ta Se, 1.7 spaa, is also a lot of fun. Pretty fast, 20 round mag and a short reload. It is my go to tank if I wanna relax a bit

I'm glad Odd goes for these lesser played vehicles. The Chi Ha Kai is probably one of the first vehicles I played with that I didn't suffer in (relatively speaking) :)
I played with you earlier today on Poland. Was a fun game.
The intro was like when you’re play wrestling with a older brother but actually hit him in the nose, and he goes full hulk hogan on you
I did the same exact thing in my KV-1 I sat in that EXACT spot killing anyone who passes, I killed 7 tanks but was eventually overrun by a couple panthers and tigers... I then took out the PE-8 and nuked them, killing another 7 who were on the cap. Unfortunately we still lost because my team didn’t bother defending :/

The worst bug is when u drive half way across the map to then be hoovered backwards and then ur turret seems to piss off on its own accord so u end up dead

I love the Chi-Ha-Kai, it's easily a goat when it faces Panzers. Those Pz.2 and Pz.3 have swiss cheese armor.

Only to get to high tier and realize they have no line ups FeelsBadMan. Also the ST-A's are kinda shit, horrible mobility, a 50x non-variable zoom for some reason, and no armor.
@Josh Rosvick Yeah, the STB is actually really good. I think they'd be fine if they actually had more vehicles for lineups and what not, but it's been a while and that department is severely lacking. It doesn't help that Gaijin said they're not adding anything else in the near future.
Try the Ho-Ri production. I haven’t played it in a while (not since China and Sweden were added), but my memories in it were some of the best at that tier (but not the repair cost)

If youre going to start doung ships I suggest you start with the K2 on the german tree and try to get to the patrol boats. It completely dominates coastal waters.

The Chi Ha Kai is honestly one of the best 2.0 tanks in the game. Surprisingly good armor, a good gun, a stabilizer

How about a video on the stb-1? It looks amazing and I’m debating wether I should get it or not. Otherwise, the type 75 SPH will become more accessible to new players when they switch positions with the Ho-Ri and they would benefit from a video on it.

the Chi-Ha-Kai is at least way better than some of the maps... had a "nice" one earlier tonight where the single cap were so close to my teams single spawn that the enemy could sit on the objective spawncamping us. can't even bitch to much about it, they were playing the objective after all...

odd, you should make a video on the itp from the battlepass wehn you get the 12h test drive.
you get a test drive at like lvl 10 and the vehicle itself at lvl 50. so you would have to wait and grind for a long while to get another chance to makea video about it. unless gaijin gives it to you a little earlier.
