- Jaundice is caused mainly because of liver damage, and liver damage is caused by viral hepatitis. It is a medical condition in which the body's skin turns yellow due to excess of bilirubin in the liver.

Avoid Taking heavy foods
Avoid junk, oil ,fatty, masala foods
Avoid doing excercise until u cured
Avoid sunlight
Avoid taking stress
Avoid taking mental pressure
Be happy, Be comfort
Eat less light food multiple times,
So there will no pressure on your liver.
Drink
1. Butter milk.
2. Cocunut water
3. Fruit juices
4. Water
Eat light food ( quick digestive foods ) like
1. Curd rice
2. Idli
3. Fruits etc.
Some people say avoid to sleep right side
Better to sleep on left side for good liver
Consult good gastro entologist..
Do proper tests.
Remember jaundice is not a disease
