Based on the movie, but don't worry, this is actually a decent platformer for the DS. Unfortunately there is a glitch that prevents you from collecting all of the food scattered around. In level 8 (below the branch at 00:32:25) I've spent literally an hour trying to figure out how to take the pizza and all Garfield is doing is going through the food. There is just no way it can be done (even in the European version of the game). If anyone could pick it up somehow, write it down please.

I used to play it 12 years ago! Now I have so many memories... I can't believe you could beat the game in half and an hour. It took me months or even years to beat it when I was younger. I found it so difficult, specially the final levels!

I used to love playing this! Never took that long to beat so I used to play it over and over 😂 I know the graphics were never great but that was the last thing I cared about in games, and still is. It's a great platformer though

Man.. I don't care if this game looks like it was made 10 years before its time and by a single person, this is probably one of the titles I'm most nostalgic for, next to SM64 and other such games :')
I remember not understanding the bus level and just picking random routes until I reached the end 😂
I was also surprised to see how many other people here are nostalgic for this. Good job on beating the game (or not) all these years ago everyone!

Why do Americans always make exactly the same comment as each other? Are you all like North Koreans, all brainwashed and have no individual personalities or anything, just a sort of hive mind that makes you all comment "nostalgia" for games barely 15 years old, or "Whose here during coronavirus"? The rest of us have these things called "self awareness", "presence of mind" and "sense of shame" that makes us at least not use exactly the same words as everyone else to express a similar sentiment.

Is it possible to get 31/31 on the tree climbing level? I noticed you only got 30/31. I have found the last one to the left of the exit but no way to collect it.

It's not possible sadly.. The food collectable was positioned on the level wrong, Garfield can only walk left and right and I guess the developers didn't care enough to play test the level themselves, so now it's impossible to 100% beat the game, and what happens when you get all the collectables is now a complete mystery.. I'm assuming either nothing will happen or a really crappy reward will be given to the player, like an unfinished level because the developers didn't think anyone would play the game to completion.

Even with a fly cheat I couldn't get it.. Garfield moves out of the way of the collectable due to how he moves :(

I think the developers didn't intend to block the jumping from the platform at the end of the level. If you could jump left from there, you could probably get the pizza. I'm also stuck here and it really pisses me off
