Putri Sion adalah perkumpulan perempuan dengan beragam profesi yang melayani di gereja HKBP Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. Putri Sion dibentuk dengan kasih karunia Tuhan Yesus pada Agustus 2023 dan saat ini beranggotakan lebih dari 50 anggota. Salah satu kegiatan rutin Putri Sion adalah Paduan Suara dan berkomitmen menyanyikan kemuliaan bagi Tuhan Yesus. Sang Raja Gereja.
