Judge Boyd went easy on em. Didnt have to say kids arent baby goats either.
My brother in law wanted to fight a possession with intent to distribute thousand feet within a school zone (Florida doing that with churches, schools and public buildings no matter at what time you get pulled over/arrested and you could be outside of that threshold still facing the same charge which is what happened to him) , he was bluffing his way through it and almost did but the plea was the safest route, court took to long and his immigration status was on the line.
Facing immigration, loss of freedom, the demise of your family life over charges you can beat will make you forget you have a fighting chance.
That public defender still fought for a good deal and the plea went down to possession of paraphernalia (what the cops could prove without a trial) and driving without a license (the obvious).
That lawyer’s nervous smile is wicked
He found his lawyer asleep in the drunk tank at the Police Station.
And he swallowed a gallon of black coffee to sober up for court 😂
Lol
I love this judge, you're commentary is the only one I enjoy with her. Thank you!
Best lawyer I ever had dressed like a slob
Yeh best lawyer I knew was insane. Looked like a mad scientist.
Yeah, people are really judging based on appearance - good luck to anyone picking an attorney based on being a snappy dresser.
And mine was a paid attorney for a fed case. Dude saved my life i still did a boat load of time but it should of been pretty much life@jacksons1010
Comedy gold...is that Lionel Hutz???!!!! "Ahhh your honour I file for a motion thingy"😂😂
You do a great job man, keep it up! Glad I found your page!
thank you
Great channel brother, awesome breakdown of the cases. As a person who has been through the system and turned their life around it's always interesting to see how some people just can't get it together.
Quick reminder to go to work and stay free
Those two things contradict each other dumbass
Amen
I just subscribed to you about a week ago, and man......i am HOOKED❤️❤️ absolutely love your stream!
She's the one with the most beautiful vocabulary
I love the tone change after the judges reality check
My good friend from hs was the first person i knew yo go to prison. He did 5 years when were 17 he got sentenced at 18. He ended up being a top lawyer in phoenix just one an award from the az state bar for being the best lawyer under 35 yo. He just got my little brothers case dismissed.
Josh should interview him
In Illinois you can't be an attorney if you're a convicted felon. Crazy.
Cool story bro but it’s FAKE as shiet
@@PhoHmooAmerica you are fuckin dumb f*** I'm a 38 yo successful chef I don't have time to make up weird ass fake stories. Get a mf life and a job.
@PhoHmooAmerica ya I made that all up rn I'm that bored
If he fought he would have gotten a minimum of 25 years.
Paulie Cicero for the defense.
Paulie didn't move fast
I was thinking more of a middle aged Goldberg from The Mighty Ducks!
Hi Josh…scrolling through TH-cam I found this video. I subscribed and started watching them. You really are hysterical. I’m not taking away from all the horrific killings but when you comment what the judge is wearing and defense attorney socks had me laughing so much.
I love your style of presenting cases, crimes etc oh yeah snd the smoke. You are so engaging!!
I love that most of your video’s are shorter than any other channel.
Thanks Josh
You are doing a great job!!
STAY FREE everyone!
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Give him the smoke just for getting that attorney.
😂harsh
The attorney looks like a Simpson's character they made up to make Lionel Hutz look competent.
His attorney is the finest of the public defenders who have ever represented the indigent. I love the look lmfao😂
As a fellow drug addict, that defense attorney is on drugs.
Im thinking benzos.
Something is up with him 🤔
😭😭😭😭
He's been featured before. He has Angleman syndrome. So you are just an incorrect junkie
Nah he has a muscle deformity that causes him to naturally smile and he has to constantly fight it to prevent his face from smiling.
What the hell are those people up to in the background?
The amount of disrespect is crazy
The defense attorney is the personification of foreshadowing 😂
When an attorney retires from Mob And this is his first court trial.
Am I the only one who thinks the lawyer is a HIGH-KEY drunk?
High key Lol!!! I'm using that
He had some hot tamales outside the courthouse, probobly just woke up, I think hes one of those good lawyers but with absolute garbage lifestyle
Thought the same lol
Seems more like pills to me but homie’s halfway here
I looked up the word "disheveled" and that lawyer's picture showed up.
He is scared of what he's facing in prison. They don't like child abusers.
The lawyers tie isn’t even tied right, he’s smoked
The man who represents himself is a derrell brooks for a client.
he only serving 5 years and the rest he will be on probation when he was facing 25 years. he is very 🍀
Gonna be a rough 5 yrs
The lawyer looks like he's been on a Xanax tequila night and just coming down and still feel the Xanax
The key, at least in my cases, was not wasting the courts’ time. I represented myself in my one and only case where prison was guaranteed as that is what I wanted. My wish was granted and the DA, who I had written to from Safekeeping, kept her word the day of court after some tough negotiations. I pled to “sell heroin” and had some driving charges, another indictment and some paraphernalia charges completely dropped for a grand total of 16-20 months the judge lowered to 13-16 with no post release supervision. I made it stick and September 9th 2024 was 15 years clean after 20 years of not so much clean.
Boyd can’t be toyed with!!!
Bro you have some of the most watchable and entertaining uploads. May God Bless all the Works of your hands!!
This guy is represented by Norm😅
"How's life treating you?"
Norm: "Like a baby treats a diaper."
Judge Boyd is no nonsense straight up BADASS! totally fair all round but she doesn't nonsense BS
Lets just internalize the smoke. ;)
Inhale
That judge coerced an affirmative response, therefore she can be reprimanded in appeals. Though it wouldn’t help his case.
Subscribed & started following couple months now, keep up the great work pal👍💯💪
😂😂😂You aint right bro lmmfao..."HE'S FALLING APART, LOOK AT HIS TIE!!!"😂😂😂
I don’t know what the hell he was crying about he really got blessed. He was out there wildin out and all he got was a non agg 10 plus it’s probably gonna be concurrent. He’ll be out in about 4 years give or take. Crybaby
That what I’m say, dollar tree Saul Goodman gave his cry baby ahhh an alley-oop.
😮😮😮😮
His lawyer isn't even dressed , I would be worried about his ability as well.
