You need the money floaty for the pool and a specific pillow to put on top of it, then you go bring a horse from the farm to stand on top of the floaty and pillow, when the horse is standing on it, the glitch also makes toca characters carry the horse. Then bring it to wherever location you want. get a mermaid costume, put the character on top of the horse, give them a mermaid costume, then change their clothes back to normal and their legs should disappear🥹🩵
