Man I love nebraska, but they did not look like the same team today. Obviously very young and maybe nerves got to them. First set should have been theirs, and the last to were downhill, scrambling around, always out of system, John had a super late timeout in the second, to not slow things down at all....Lots of error. I know they will be great next year and even more experienced! Texas looked stupid good I have to say in terms of quality of players
33-2* They had a great season, but they got absolutely dog walked by Texas. In no way, shape or form did they "deserve" to win that match... Texas was by far the better team on the court today and arguably all tournament.

I am so embarrassed for the Husker fans. Secondhand embarrassed because this is the National Championship Match. I cannot believe they let a random highschool Nebraska team through to this final round to literally embarrassed themselves on National television. This SHOULD NOT be a thing. NCAA, you need to do better than letting a random college team to the Championship match just for ratings, money, and sponsorships. What a disappointment for all the viewers hoping for an exciting close match. To all the non-volleyball fans tuning in for the first time, THIS IS NOT HOW A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH SHOULD BE. Please watch more volleyball because this is NOT IT. Pretend like this match NEVER HAPPENED.
Just because Nebraska did bad dosent mean that this should not be on TV Nebraska is full of super young players.. including some that have never played in a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP before Nebraska was ranked number one for a reason..
